I visited the Crumbl Cookies location in Castle Rock for the first time today. The girl at the front was both taking orders and preparing them. As I watched her put together orders, I noticed she wasn’t wearing gloves, had long nails, and was scratching her face and fumbling with the iPad before touching each cookie—no gloves or spatula involved. When I brought it up to her, she got defensive, but she did start using the spatula. Other customers also pointed out that she should be wearing gloves, but she refused. Eventually, someone else came from the back to help, and the first thing they did was put on gloves before preparing orders. No one should be handling other people's food like that.
Ordered a 12cookie box to be delivered to a large client of mine this past Thursday the 16th, to discover it never arrived. Staff had no idea a gift was sent & when I called the crumble location on the 15th during business hours to figure out the problem, no one picked up my call nor have they responded to a voicemail. I’m extremely irritated to have paid for a gift that never made it to its destination.
My favorite cookie store around!
Cookies are great but some have WAY too much frosting.

Absolutely love the Castle Rock store! Every order has been perfect and the staff are amazing! Great customer service and excellent communication regarding orders! Favorite!! Highly recommend!
