Absolutely love Crush Wine Bar. The food is amazing, the staff is amazing and knowledgeable. All you have to do is ask their staff or you can also click on the food description from their iPads and it tells you there as well. Love the atmosphere of Crush. Very well thought out and pleasant to be in. Cannot wait to go back.

The most amazing little wine bar! Lots of wines, cocktails, and some zero proof drinks to choose from! The food is exceptionally amazing. In their interactive iPad menu, you can click on the food, and it will tell you what wine(s) best pair with it! Liz was our server and she was awesome! The atmosphere here is very calming. I absolutely loved the red velvet red wine flight and the loaded Greek hummus!!Vegetarian options: Salads available

Such an awesome place! There's a great homey yet chic feel to Crush. The wine selection is amazing and the staff is super knowledgeable. For food, my favorite was the French onion gruyère dip. It was really unique and so flavorful. I also loved the Mac and cheese and steak and blue board! The Brussels tasted great but weren't as crispy as I'd like. Overall everything was great and would definitely recommend!

Great food, wine, service and atmosphere! Highly recommend! Went for my birthday and truly enjoyed our wine and small plates in upscale surroundings. The hummus was delicious - smooth and flavorful with soft pita bread. Our server was friendly, informative and attentive. There were happy hour specials, and there is also outdoor seating for nice days.

What an amazing night!!! We had the most amazing food and wine, topped off with an 8oz pore of tawny port and sticky toffee pudding!!! All I can say is WOW!!! Try the Cajun shrimp, you won't be disappointed!!!

Ok im not one to write reviews. But I was having a good time with my friend at 830 I asked if they were closing because the server seemed she wanted to leave. I asked her and she was unclear of time closing. The guy came out and said they close at 10. So I let it go. I asked to be served another drink at 9. And she refused me a drink because they were closing. I said you close at 10. She still said because they are slow she is not serving . I'm a big tipper and know the restraunt industry and she was very selfish because she did not want to work and the business lost money. It was not janel she was the best server.... it was the bigger blonde. Didn't get her name. All night she was unpleasant and gave an evil eye. So she gets no star. And should not be working at a place I love. If you had a bad day get over yourself!!!!!!Some people need a good light hearted night without a person like you ruining it!!!!. And ruiniing an amazing restraunt. Sat Oct 7th. It is sat night not a week night!!!!!!!

The food looks absolutely amazing, and I definitely will be visiting The Crush Wine Bar on my next visit to Colorado! I wanted to write a review about my interaction with the owner, James Lewis. I was visiting my sister and we went to a concert at the Red Rock Amphitheatre on a Monday. I lost my purse and phone at the concert and was very anxious because I had to fly out on Wednesday morning. My purse had my drivers license, credit card, prescription sunglasses, seeing glasses, etc. Basically, everything I needed to get around. I called the Amphitheatre the next morning and they had found my phone. I went to pick it up and there was a text from James letting me know that he and his wife had attended the same concert and located my purse. He had googled my number from my drivers license and took the time to text me to let me know. I immediately called him from Red Rocks and he offered to bring my purse to me! I tried to give him money for his efforts and he declined. He mentioned that he and his wife own The Crush Wine Bar in Castle Rock and to check it out the next time we are in the area. I can't tell you how much this meant to me. This is the definition of a wonderful person! I'm sure the food is made with the same care and goodness. Cheers to James and all of the other good people in the world!
