I love their house salad and it big enough to share. I like it with pork. We had a seat close to the outdoor seating. It got cold, my salad was excellent and I had a Cuban style beer.

What a Gem! Dont forget the Coffee! Great prices with Wonderfully fresh food and drinks. Set at the bar top....margarita with Fresh fruit, almost muddled but not...house made sweet & sour and a mojito with fresh mint infused rum that they brew in giant glass jars. The food!!! Best Cuban food...even better than most in Florida. 1st day...Mahi Ceviche in a light coconut lime broth...with plantain chips...had it 2 times! Also Pork, rice and beans that were Spot On.
2nd day...Ceviche and a Cuban Sandwich..the bread!!!
The coffee was a Huge star as well...Colada made Perfect!

The food was fantastic! Beautiful interior, authentic taste and vibe. The waitstaff was helpful and friendly. Would highly recommend you check it out. Try the tree leches, best in Denver. The portions are large, plenty to share.

It's good I suppose, if you into their sweet food.
Eli was amazing. The food was great, and he needs to see the movie named after him.

Always great food and mojitos. Reuben was our server today and it was the best service we've received in a very long time. Thank you Reuben!
I recently dined at Cuba Cuba in Castle Rock and was incredibly impressed. The food was absolutely delicious, deserving of five stars. But what truly set the experience apart was the service, which was so exceptional it deserves ten stars. The whole restaurant had a fantastic atmosphere, and the staff was truly amazing. A huge congratulations to the management and their team we'll be back on a weekly basis!

First off—shoutout to our fun & spunky waitress Leia who was absolutely amazing. She was so attentive and even caught a little hiccup with our to-go order before we even noticed (seriously, lifesaver 🙌).
I went with my go-to, the ropa vieja juicy, tender perfection every single time, paired with their signature rice & beans. Comfort food goals. My hubby locked in on his all-time fave, the media noche sandwich, and let me just say… from the soft flaky bread to that savory filling, he was living for every bite. And of course, no trip here is complete without the legendary mojo fries crispy, zesty, and dangerously addictive. We took it all down with a fresh squeezed cooba lemonade and pina coloada bringing us back to the isla de cuba 🇨🇺
If you haven’t been to Cuba Cuba yet, you are 100% missing out! 🎉 Step out of your comfort zone, try something new, and trust me you won’t be disappointed. 💃✨

Amazing food. Oreldered the plantains combo which has maduros, tostones and yucca since I couldn't decide what to try first. All of it was amazing. The tostones and yucca were nice and crispy. The maduros were perfect and not mushy. Had the Sandwich which had pulled pork, ham, pickles all on a freshly pressed soft bread and it was amazing. The fries were shoestring and seasoned with garlic. Got a tres leches to go and it was heavenly.
Also got a blackberry mojito and it was just perfect. Will definitely be back again.
