I was in a party of six. I got the chicken parmesan with a side of spaghetti. The spaghetti was very dry and very little flavor. It took a very long time to get our food after ordering. I would never go back to this place. Very pleasant looking restaurant but did not produce in the food department.

Danielle's in Castle Pines is fantastic. The food is a mix of modern American and Italian, with classic burgers to house made pasta dishes. My wife and I ventured here on a Saturday night and the place was vibing. According to their website Danielle's prides themselves on great food and even better service. The menu is extensive and offers many great dishes that will please any pallet. The Chilean sea bass is to die for and my wife had the bacon jam burger which was an incredible melding of flavors and perfectly cooked. The desserts finished off the night with a bang. The brownie skillet is pretty good but the star of the show is the creme brûlée. EASILY the best we've ever had, and we've had A LOT of Creme brûlée. The only slight was the service was a bit slow and it seemed as the server was more concerned with getting our order than wanting to educate us about the different options. They were out of a specific wine my wife wanted and one of the chef's special appetizers, which was disappointing but this was easily overcome by the food and atmosphere. I would highly recommend if you are in Castle Rock, Castle Pines, or anywhere close. Danielle's is an absolute must for a date night or otherwise.

On August 27, my dad and I came in for a birthday dinner. Our server was very kind at the beginning, but unfortunately we did not feel taken care of throughout the evening. After he took our order, he never returned to check on us, and we had to flag down another server for assistance.
The food was great but service can also make a meal. I share this feedback not to diminish the servers abilities—but rather to emphasize how important consistent service is, especially for first-time guests. For us, it turned what could have been a very memorable birthday celebration into a disappointing experience, and it leaves us unsure if we would make the trip from Denver to Castle Pines again.

I live close to Danielle's and come here frequently, but we had such a great experience last night that I felt compelled to review. The staff is friendly, the atmosphere is great, and the food is consistently good. We tried the monkfish which is new and it was delicious. Give Danielle's a try and you will not be disappointed.

Wonderful gluten sensitive menu with kitchen offering a special gf flour coating option to accommodate more menu item customization. Our server was wonderful and helped with menu descriptions and customization options and also had extensive knowledge of off-menu offerings such as mocktail options. Service was efficient but not disruptive. Items once finished were quickly removed, and beverages replenished at a nice appreciated pace. The ginger ale strawberry spritzer was delicious. Fruity mocktail was refreshing and filled with slices of various fruit, so it looked pretty, as well as tasted amazing. Bacon gruyere burger was perfectly juicy and medium. Southwest burger was wrapped in lettuce leaf as an alternative to bun. I loved that the pico de gallo and other fally-aparty items were tucked under the cheese and then melted over it to keep them on the burger more easily. Very wise chef there. The heat was just enough with the Chipotle mayo and the jalapeño cream cheese to satisfy my 70+ mother on her birthday trip. Salmon on salad was perfectly cooked, well seasoned, flaky and divine. We felt no rush to leave, and the staff remained attentive after the check was signed and returned. Have already made plans to return to try more, as everything was delicious and well made, beautiful in its presentation and creatively crafted. Outdoor patio remained busy and stayed shady in spots even on a hot summer day, dogs were welcome on the patio.

We just had an absolutely unbelievable dinner experience! We were a huge party of 15, which is a tricky table to handle. Not for Danielle's! Our server, Christian, was a complete professional, with deep knowledge of the wine selections and food menu, full of great recommendations, and he didn't mix up a single thing on any of our orders. Pretty incredible!
We really did it up, sampling multiple appetizers and cocktails at the beginning of the meal. I could fill this review with so many recommendations, but I'll just point out the ones that really stand out (which is a lot). Their unique twist on buratta impressed everyone at the table, as did the flat bread. The lemon drop cocktail got rave reviews, and I couldn't believe how good the Red Manhattan was!
For dinner I had the osso bucco which fell right off the bone. The Chilean sea bass was also incredible as was the cod special from what I was told. Somehow we made room for dessert and again, everything we had was outstanding! The creme brulee was legitimately the best I've ever had in my life, and my parents (both picky New Yorkers) said the same about the cheesecake! That says a lot!
All fifteen of us were so happy with everything we ate, and the service couldn't have possibly been better. We truly felt like family. This wasn't just dinner, it was an experience!

My friends and I had a wonderful experience here! The restaurant is beautiful, with an amazing patio. Everyone from the host to our waitress Brittney, to the people who came by to replace our water, was so friendly and welcoming. And the food was amazing, you can really tell the difference when it’s all house made. These guys absolutely know what they’re doing, can’t recommend Danielle’s enough!!
