The last few times we have ordered from here our order has been missing items. So tonight I double checked my order before I left and half of my order was missing. I went back in and had to wait 10 mins for them to fix my order and when I got home this was my double cheeseburger. It is missing the patties. Also since I waited so long for them to “fix” my order the other half was cold and ruined. I long for good customer service ugh!!!

Food was hot and fresh. I love that Del Taco makes everything fresh, from the beans to the guacamole. We ordered from the kiosk. Food was out in 10 minutes. Everything looked amazing and tasted very good. Thank you to the staff, the 3 that were working tonight were friendly and cracking jokes. What else can you do when you work during a busy holiday, right?

I stopped by today because i saw they we finally open and regretted my decision. As soon as i received my food it smelled rancid like rotten carcass. I should have known better to not eat it but i was starving and got food poisoning and threw everything up tmi… DO NOT EAT THIS FOOD PLEASE

Sat in drive-through for 20 minutes. Unfortunately, it's one of those drive-through that you're completely stuck. Once you get in. If I had been in a vehicle that could hop the curb I would've left. All that time, cashier didn't apologize, didn't even say anything about it. Didn't even say thank you. And to top it all off, the two chicken tacos that we got were completely frozen in the middle. Horrific, do not go

This place is so slow, and walk-in customers receive the worst service. I ordered at the walk-in kiosk and more than 30 minutes later, we two walk-ins are still standing there waiting. First priority, the employee's phone, second all the cars in the drive-thru, third doordash orders are moved to the front of the queue, mobile orders are also moved to the front. Lastly come the walk-in customers. It was a Saturday, so there were only the two orders being moved to the back of the queue. I wasted $12 because I couldn't wait longer than 35 minutes, when there were still 6 orders placed ahead of mine. Got to work, but got NO FOOD.

Poor management, poor staffing, poor effort, and poor customer service. But very high price.

Skip this place, it is the worst of the Del Taco restaurants.

We loved this location prior to the shutdown of several restaurants. We visited today and the service was so far below “fast food” standards. No one was available at the counter because now there are kiosks, whatever happened to greeting people?? There were no napkins, there were no trash cans in the trash bin, the hot sauce canisters were messy because of a packet busting open. We waited 23 minutes to get our food. My husband’s tacos all had cheese and we were missing a snack quesadilla.

I really hope management can clean this location up.

Gave me a sprite with no syrup. When i asked the guy for a replacement he told me no because it takes “too long to replace the syrup”. Ive worked in restaurants. I know exactly how it works and how long it takes and he was telling me itd take twenty minutes. Come on. Lazy. Unscrewing one syrup bag to screw in a new one is not hard bro.

Yeah this store is a mess. Waited 27 minutes in the drive thru for a cold burrito. I don’t see it lasting long. It’s been “temporarily closed” about 5 times.

Very slow in getting our food. Everyone around us had been waiting quite awhile too. Think maybe they were training. Lady waa apologetic to everyone when serving their food. Carne Asada fries were disgusting. Meat tasted like spam.
