I got a to go order of half rack of Ribs, got home and there was no sauce. Pretty disappointed not really barbecued ribs if there’s no barbecue sauce.

This place is amazing. Coming from Texas, it's hard to find the good places to eat. Though this one, it blows it out the water! Their customer service is above and beyond. They really take care of their customers and make sure they get what they want. The place is also very clean! Something that a lot of places forget about but not this one! Its so clean and delicious, I will always come back

I don't even know where to begin. The best part of the meal was the slice of toast. The brisket was dry and shoe leather tough. The turkey had a weird consistency. Almost gelatinous. The ribs were as tough and as leathery as the brisket was. Holy cow. Never had this bad of an experience at dickies before. Insane.

Food was leftover and supposedly hot. Our food was barely luke warm. Took my order back to the counter and asked if it could be heated up. Employee stated that it was 140 degrees. I'm a chef with 30 years experience. Refused to heat it up. The whole place was filthy. Dangerous cold food! Do not recommend going to this location!

Wow! Great Bbq for a reasonable price, the BIG YELLOW CUP is great, three meat platter of Brisket, turkey, and jalapeño cheddar sausage had me stuffed full... root-beer floats at the table and one for the road and my daughter was well on her way to a food coma!

Although the food was good, I was overcharged after using an online coupon code for the BOGO 2 meat plate with 2 yellow cup drinks. I figured it was just a mistake and sent in an online inquiry to see about having it corrected. I did receive a confirmation that it was received but it’s been 2-3 months and I have had no response.

In that time, I have not purchased anything and have decided I will not do business with any Dickey’s BBQ going forward. I know I am just one person but all I can do is speak with my money.

It’s unfortunate that something small could have been resolved easily but was instead ignored.

OMG ? ??‍♂️ NEVER have I had and experience with Dickey’s like this.. I’m so disappointed ?. The one in North Carolina was 3000 percent better than here @Castle rock. The brisket was super dry, even the chopped brisket. The corn was bad, the turkey was bland like what happened Dickey’s? The service was great, but the food was terrible ?. The cabbage slaw was the best thing on my plate, now that I tasted these wings ?…….. ? disgusting, I’m pissed ?.

Boy, I was looking forward to some juicy, hot, tasty barbecue, but I sure messed up coming here. I ordered a brisket sandwich, and my wife ordered a full rack of ribs (mostly to take home). The ribs were actually cool to the touch, and looked a little underdone! I wanted hot, juicy ribs and got cold and plain, little flavor. What the hell, guys? The two boys working there acted like they hated their jobs (and lives in general). Of course they forgot the fries (which were the only thing that was hot), so I had to go up and ask for them, and of course he hadn't even made them, so we had to wait again. I don't know who the owner of this place is, but he or she needs to get off their a$$ and check in, as they will soon be going out of business.

My son and I both ordered the beef rib plate. We both received one rib that was fairly fresh and another rib that looked like it'd been sitting around for a week. The barbecued beans had a very peculiar taste kind of tinny, and the mashed potatoes tasted like they came right out of an instant envelope.
Definitely, will not be ordering from here again!

Ordered over $200 of meat for catering a week ahead of time. Called the day before, they couldn't find my order so had to redo it. Went to pick up the next day, silly me for not checking the bags to make sure the order was correct, but they left out 2 pounds of brisket while still charging me. Went back and they did make it right, and even gave me some extra chicken to make up for the mistake. However, my guests had to wait for food with no host while I made an extra trip during my party to pick up what they had forgotten (10 min from my house one way), and on top of that the meat was mediocre and dry.
