The food here isn't bad, but it takes a lot of follow-up to get what you ordered. The first time I visited, I had a takeout order that I had to go back to the counter twice for them to fix. The second time I went shortly after they opened. I ordered a brisket sandwich and fries. The sandwich was perfect, but the fries were pretty much raw. I saw them drop them fresh in the fryer, but I guess they didn't leave them in long enough.I really want to like this place because the food is good, but I don't like having to check through my order each time to make sure I got what I paid for.

The big potato was so hard, we could not eat. It looked as if it had been two or three days old.. The beans were extremely runny and not a full container. The brisket and ribs were excellent. Such a disappointment because I live 15 miles from the location and could not go back. For a $50 fast food meal it should have been better.

I would say this is a door dash issue but it's not the door dasher did everything they were supposed to. No name from the shift lead accrued at 2:00pm was told that they can't do anything and then tells me to report I never received the food which is beyond that's not okay risk someone else losing their job because they couldn't make sure they did there's literally everything was incorrect besides the drinks that would be top of the cake if that was wrong poor judgement for business to have that shift lead with a I don't care attitude.

Second time ordering giant bakers, they can't seem to follow order instructions. Both times butter , cheese and sour cream were put on the potato when only chicken and green onions were ordered. They were left off for allergy reasons. Disappointed.Dietary restrictions: They do not follow order instructions. Order in person or verify your order when you pick up

I love the BBQ brisket and pulled pork sandwich, so yummy. Service is fast too. I come here when I don't want to cook dinner or want a BBQ lunch.
Incredibly disappointed after stopping in for dinner tonight. First, the restaurant smelt sort of like sewage. It smacks you in the face when you walk in. But the real issue is with the food. The fried okra was awful. It tasted like freezer burn and was not remotely edible. The green beans were just...yuck. The ribs were dry and flavorless. They didn't taste fresh, at all. Felt like they could be days old and have been sitting under a heating lamp. The brisket was fatty and chewy. It was my second bad experience this year and I couldn't imagine wanting to eat here again.

I ordered from them through doordash my food came really quickly which kind of concerned me but whatever I'm down for some fast food even though it's barbecue and shouldn't be fast I ordered the three meat plate with two sides I ordered brisket pulled pork and a rib with fries and a potato salad I received uncooked fries and mashed potatoes instead of potato salad the meat however is good A bit cold but that's what you get with doordash so my experience the three out of five I don't know the rib I received is awesome mostly fat

We stopped in for dinner. The staff was nice. All of our food was great. I ordered a pulled pork sandwich with cheese, but when I sat down, I noticed there was no cheese. They were busy with other guests so I didn't worry about it. The amount of meat you get in your order is excellent. I love the sweet sauce. The baked beans were very good. The coleslaw was good, too. I love that you can get yourself free ice cream. We were too full, but next time, we will get some.

I'm giving two stars because the French fries were awful. They were the worst fries I've eaten at a restuarant. They were so bland. The chicken was excellent though. Perfectly cooked. The pulled pork was good too. Another reason for the low rating is the odd experience with the man working the line. I'm not exactly sure what he did but when he brought me my food he either passed gas or burped/coughed on my food. I think it was the former and he apologized. I wasn't looking at him but I heard it and because he apologized I know something happened. It was weird and made me a little uncomfortable to eat my food.

As others have experienced, they cannot get an order right! I ordered extra bbq sauce along with a different flavor sauce and there was NONE in the bag! Seriously???UPDATE: In my frustration with the lack of bbq sauce, it took me a minute to realize they forgot to put a full pound of pulled pork in the bag!!! When I called, they offered to refund what was missing.... but it's going to be a couple days because the person in charge "doesn't know the computer" and it'll be 2 days before the manager will be in. How does the owner of this franchise stay in business???
