Don’t bother with ordering the green or red salsa, a bit spicy but otherwise bland in flavor, the pork belly tacos delicious as is the poke nachos, expensive drinks and don’t bother with house Margs as again bland but in flavor.

Food: Burrito was pretty average. Had good flavor because of the pico de gallo and avocado but nothing special.
Service: Pretty slow although we were the only ones there at that time.
Atmosphere: Take out only for burritos so there’s no seating available.

Service is usually pretty good. Tacos haven't really impressed me, what really keeps me coming back is the quesadilla and the chips and guacamole. I also enjoy the drinks, but they aren't mind blowing. The atmosphere is pretty upbeat and fun. It's a nice place for a casual night out.

I just got breakfast burritos today. Now let me say when I first went there when they started breakfast burritos they were the best in Castlerock. Since then has really went downhill. Quality has really went down like their fried egg in the burrito. Used to be over easy egg and that was the best if you like the fried egg. Now it’s just a hard egg every time I go there, which I can live with that ok, but today the most craziest thing is I found tater tots in my burrito. They did have the best seasoned potatoes and now they’re using tater tots? Totally changed the tastes of the burrito. On top of that I seen they up’d there prices again. I will definitely not be going back, I give up on this place.

Review is strictly about their to-go window for breakfast burritos:
Just an absolutely insane lack of customer service. I ordered, gave them my name, and stepped to the side to wait. I was not given any indication on how long it would take, or that they would call my name when ready. 20 minutes went by and my name hadn't been called. I walked up to the window and asked if my order was ready, and sure enough it was. The people manning the window could clearly see I was waiting the whole time, but made no attempt tell me the order was ready. What? My friend also ordered orange juice as part of their order. After waiting 20 minutes for their order, they were told upon picking it up, that there was no orange juice left, and that they would try their best to make sure a refund would be issued before the end of the day. Again, what? Is it that hard to call out orders when they're ready? Is it that hard to make sure you're in stock or the things you're selling before you charge people? Get it together. Food was great though, so don't let this deter you from ordering online or sitting down to eat. The 2 star review is strictly for their terrible to-go window process.

The pork belly taco was very tasty!
Small tacos. A guy needs 3-4 to get full.

Very disappointed. Cold tortilla on pig pieces of beef (arrachera) or pig (porkbelly) yes, 1 tiny single tortilla incredibly cold..!!!!!!! that just disappeared when you try to hold it. Anyway the little amount of meat was good, but to small for prices!. Sauces, again excellent flavor and combinations but $8 for an extremely small bowl...you'll see!!! Is insulting...I don't mind to pay more but, salsa was enough for maybe 10 chips no more! Don't ask for horchata water...they don't even know what it is! Waitress with an attitude bring us a white liquid with some powder on top ( not cinnamon) so definitely it's artificial! Good place nice area...but lack of experience on the menu and poor customer service for the price. No WOW FACTOR at all!
Angie was fabulous! She was very busy and managed to stay on top of everything!! Greeting us at the door, cleaning the specific table we asked for, drinks, apps, refills, she was exceptional! Food is also delicious!

Originally went to Snooze for breakfast however it was a two hour wait for two. Decided to detour to Dos Santos for their brunch and we were blown away. Everything from the esquites to the margaritas and even their service was over the moon. Best detour ever!

Excellent street tacos, by far the best in Castle Rock. Salsas and sauces were very flavorful too, drinks were delicious but a little on the sweet side. Staff was very friendly, we appreciated the recommendations. Would highly recommend!

Breakfast burritos very average. Had the classic and Cali. Cali was salted. That was very strange. Notification to pick up food came after I was home and done eating. Not sure why it’s a popular place.

The food was AMAZING, our service was EXCELLENT. We have lived in castle rock for over 15 years now and figured we better open our pallet up to new places in town, and this was definitely worth it. We missed out on some stuff as our little one got fussy but we will be back!
