Very disappointed. Cold tortilla on pig pieces of beef (arrachera) or pig (porkbelly) yes, 1 tiny single tortilla incredibly cold..!!!!!!! that just disappeared when you try to hold it. Anyway the little amount of meat was good, but to small for prices!. Sauces, again excellent flavor and combinations but $8 for an extremely small bowl...you'll see!!! Is insulting...I don't mind to pay more but, salsa was enough for maybe 10 chips no more! Don't ask for horchata water...they don't even know what it is! Waitress with an attitude bring us a white liquid with some powder on top ( not cinnamon) so definitely it's artificial! Good place nice area...but lack of experience on the menu and poor customer service for the price. No WOW FACTOR at all!
Angie was fabulous! She was very busy and managed to stay on top of everything!! Greeting us at the door, cleaning the specific table we asked for, drinks, apps, refills, she was exceptional! Food is also delicious!

Originally went to Snooze for breakfast however it was a two hour wait for two. Decided to detour to Dos Santos for their brunch and we were blown away. Everything from the esquites to the margaritas and even their service was over the moon. Best detour ever!

Excellent street tacos, by far the best in Castle Rock. Salsas and sauces were very flavorful too, drinks were delicious but a little on the sweet side. Staff was very friendly, we appreciated the recommendations. Would highly recommend!

Breakfast burritos very average. Had the classic and Cali. Cali was salted. That was very strange. Notification to pick up food came after I was home and done eating. Not sure why it’s a popular place.

The food was AMAZING, our service was EXCELLENT. We have lived in castle rock for over 15 years now and figured we better open our pallet up to new places in town, and this was definitely worth it. We missed out on some stuff as our little one got fussy but we will be back!

The place to go when you are in Castle Rock! The lunch specials and drinks are top notch and the atmosphere is comfortable for whatever occasion you might be enjoying. The staff and service were incredible. Eryn waited on our table and you would have thought we were the only ones in the restaurant. Thank you Eryn! Wonderful time!!

Awesome place for tacos! Their salsas are delicious as well! I like the layout. Open kitchen, nice sized bar and a garage style door that opens to the patio when the weather permits. I haven't had any of the cocktails yet but they sound delicious based on the ingredients.

We love this place! Happy hour is very well priced. Tacos are filling and delicious. The heated patio is dog friendly and the servers are so nice to our pup.

I ordered burritos online to pick up and this is now the second time my order has been incorrect. We called the restaurant and spoke to Carson who should not have a job dealing with customers he was so rude and argued with us that it was our fault that they gave us the wrong food told us theres nothing I can do about it even though I have the online receipt with the correct order and picture of the burrito with the wrong meat. We will never go back here again and the breakfast burritos have gone way down hill and half the size. Don’t waste your time if they mess up they won’t take accountability or redo your meal!

Two words: SALSA FLIGHT. OH MY GAWD A FLIGHT OF DREAMS! And to go with the margarita flight! I was on cloud 9! The street tacos were sooo good. Amazing atmosphere, food, and good vibes. Everything was so delicious. Service was wonderful too. The staff actually sound like they like working here. It's also very family friendly too and dog friendly! There were a couple of water bowls outside on the patio. All around a wonderful addition to the heart of Downtown Castle Rock.

We've been here only twice (so far), and both times were just walking up to the window from the outside to order breakfast. Both times, unfortunately, took a very long time after ordering to get our food. We are talking at least 20 minutes, standing outside, and with no update from anyone either, and even with 2 others who ordered after us getting their food first. This all being said, the first time we ate, the food tasted just okay. This last time we went (2 days ago), the food was excellent! We will definitely go again, and maybe even try going inside this time and eating lunch or dinner items, because the food was so fresh-tasting and authentic. I hope they keep it up. Judging by all the positive reviews though, it looks like they are! My suggestion would be to them to have a sign up that lets customers know, before they order, that these menu items are MADE-TO-ORDER and homemade, so it will take longer than your average fast-food joint turnaround. AND have the cashier/order-taker (at the window at least) let the customer know as well, verbally, before the order is taken, so the customer has the choice, AND so they don't misunderstand the longer wait for being forgotten or management issues, etc.. I believe most will still be happy to wait longer for such yummy food. I know we will :) . Also, if the town allows, it would be nice to have a couple of benches or chairs out front, where the order window is, for customers to sit down while waiting 15-20 minutes possibly for their food.
Keep up the good work, Dos Santos!
