Fantastic display of a wide assortment of delicious french pastries. Our favorite, almond croissants, never disappoint. The baguette bread is perfect dipped with olive oil along with dinner. Make it a point to stop in and support local businesses!
I frequent Dream Pastries because they are a real bakery, from Europe. If you have ever had true pastries, this establishment is a must. Wonderful tasty sandwiches and quiches. Owners are incredible people.
Hands down the best breakfast in Castle Rock. Try the egg croissant sandwich. The pastries are excellent of course. Not the place to go when you're in a rush, but it's well worth your time!
