Horrible taste compared with other Chinese restaurants in Denver, such as the sweet & sour taste in wonton with chili oil, which is not authentic at all IMO. Rousao bowl tastes super blend. The beef in Beef bowl is dry. I can only taste the sweetness, but nothing else. I was expecting much more flavor (e.g., from spices).
Had diarrhea right after having dinner there.
Also had to drink a lot of water after the meal, probably since the food was added with too much MSG.

We were in the CR area and after some google search, we ended in this restaurant that offering Chinese dumplings and dim sum. The prices were reasonable and suited its cafe style. The chili oil wontons, made in a Sichuan "chao shou" style, were a nice touch, though the sauce could use a bit more flavor. The noodles stood out as better choice for me, so I’ll likely return to explore more noodle options instead of the dim sum. Overall, this place seems to gear more towards providing convenient Chinese comfort food for local residents or others that seek trying something new in the area. Overall, it’s a good choice for a quick bite.

The food was absolutely amazing and the service was great. The space felt a little "fast foodie" but it wasn't anything super noticeable. The food was delicious.

I recently visited Dumpling Kitchen and had the shrimp & pork dumplings along with the Chashu bao. Both dishes were delicious and hit the spot! The dumplings were perfectly steamed, with a delicate wrapper and juicy filling. Some reviews mention the dumplings being "too watery" or "lacking flavor," but it seems these reviewers may not fully understand steamed dumplings. They're meant to be tender and juicy, not dry. Plus, the condiments provided—like soy sauce, vinegar, and chili oil—are there to enhance the flavor to your liking. If you use them properly, the experience is fantastic!
