We came here, the line of 7 cars took about 45 minutes. when we ordered the lady practically just put a 50% tip on a $4 order. They messed it up and waited like an extra 10 minutes at the window for them to remake a drink.

SOOOOO SLOW!!!!!!!! I’m a past barista and we made drinks within 1-2 minutes per car. We literally wait in this line for over 10 minutes every time. These people are soooooo slow, that’s almost an understatement. If you plan on coming early, forget it. They’re even SLOWER when they open. It’s actually appalling how slow they are and how long they make the customers wait. This is absolutely unacceptable for a drive thru. There is only 2 cars ahead of me and I’ve been here for 15 minutes already and we haven’t moved!!!!! The car gets handed ONE drink. That’s absolutely INSANE. Please do no support this location, it’s not worth it. They need better workers and better management because this is crazy to wait this long for a cup of coffee. Majority of the reviews are about this as well. And to get served a drink that’s not even made properly is the perfect way to ruin someone’s start to their day. -10/10 establishment.

I come here quite often and various times they have in fact been able to give me a medium chai with no ice, while also being able to fill it up completely w/ no extra charge, bc when I order a medium chai, I’d like a medium amount of drink, crazy right!? But no, last time I went, they told me they either have to charge me extra to FILL UP THE DRINK I PAID FOR, or they can just fill it up barely over halfway. I am absolutely appalled at this little money grab and will definitely not be jumping at the opportunity to purchase a medium, then receive a small in a medium cup. If you have to make up a new term to excuse ripping people off and not filling up their drinks, there might be a problem! Fill up my drink just how you’d fill up one for for yourself 👎 worker also had attitude because I didn’t know what a cold pour was 😔

Just drove through and got coffee, but there attitudes were upbeat and friendly! And the coffee was a holiday treat. The kind of coffee you want to have more after the last sip!

I was handed the wrong drink three separate times and on the final handoff it was STILL incorrect. Service time was incredibly slow, every time I come here during the morning/afternoon I get the worst tasting drinks and frankly horrible service. You would assume for the price you’re paying one of the things listed above would be worth it.

Love Dutch bros! But I keep making the massive mistake when leaving my shopping to come to this particular location. I’ve been the past 3 times and the wait time has been 12-20 min. The kicker is I’m the 5th car in line! Upon writing this I’ve been stuck for 7 min with no movement at all. Every other Dutch bros I’ve been to I’ve loved. Just sad to see this location be sooo poorly run.
