I went in late one night around closing and 2 guys helped me and everything (food, portion, freshness and service) was awesome! Food portions and taste was great. The only draw back I saw with them, is their prices. I feel they are a bit expensive.... I would definitely eat there more often if they weren't so expensive...

I’ve been a loyal Five Guys customer for years, and I’ve never walked away this disappointed before. The fries were cold, soggy, and completely unsalted; not even close to the quality Five Guys is known for.
Both burgers were a mess. We asked for extra pickles, but what we got looked like someone dumped half a jar on each sandwich. The buns were soaked through and inedible. That’s not “extra,” that’s careless.
I don’t ask for corrections when it appears intentional like this did, so there was ZERO chance we would have felt comfortable asking for the staff to remake these items. For a $45 meal for two adults, this was completely unacceptable. If this had been our first Five Guys experience, there’s no way we would come back.
The cashier was nice for what it’s worth so it wasn’t a complete disaster.

I love 5 guys and eat at 5 guys often all over the country as I travel extensively. This particular location the burger and fries was cooked well but the bun prep was completely off from what I ordered. The restaurant itself was a bit messy with tables that have not been cleaned off making it difficult to find a clean table.

Foods good as always. Antercia R was our cashier and she insisted that we owed her more cash even though we gave her 40 for a 32 ticket and still asked for more money. Never got the 13 dollars in change. Not wanting to cause a scene we paid and left. Fries were also just thrown in the bag and they snickering as we left. Horrible service never coming to this five guys again.
