I love 5 guys and eat at 5 guys often all over the country as I travel extensively. This particular location the burger and fries was cooked well but the bun prep was completely off from what I ordered. The restaurant itself was a bit messy with tables that have not been cleaned off making it difficult to find a clean table.

Foods good as always. Antercia R was our cashier and she insisted that we owed her more cash even though we gave her 40 for a 32 ticket and still asked for more money. Never got the 13 dollars in change. Not wanting to cause a scene we paid and left. Fries were also just thrown in the bag and they snickering as we left. Horrible service never coming to this five guys again.

Worst service in the US! As a dasher for over 2 yrs now I will refuse to accept any orders thru Five Guys. The service is terrible, they will ignore a paying customers order thru DoorDash for 20 min and then assure you they’re on it and take another 15 min. Absolutely horrible service to their paying customers and DoorDash partners.

Too pricey! I recently visited your location and was disappointed with the value and portion size of my meal. Paying $11.40 for a cheeseburger seems excessive, especially in the current economic climate.
In comparison, I can dine in at Texas Roadhouse or Culver's for a better-tasting burger at a more reasonable price. Unfortunately, this experience has led me to decide not to return.
I hope you'll consider customer feedback to adjust your pricing and offerings.

Absolute trainwreck, I ordered delivery and was forced to use DoorDash. The driver delivered food from Noodles and Company for someone else. Called the store and was told there was nothing they could do and I needed to call DoorDash. Called DoorDash and they said if I wanted a refund I had to call the store or they could reorder the food. I elected to have the food reordered and after an hour I called the store to check on the food. It had been sitting there for 45 minutes. I asked again for a refund and was put on hold for 10 minutes then told the manager would call me in a few minutes. After waiting 45 minutes still never received a call. This is absolutely ridiculous and I will make sure to tell everyone to avoid 5 guys, plenty of other burger options in the area. All could have been resolved by just refunding my money and I couldn’t even get a call from the manager.
