Ok, this little house is a maze. There is a little food hall with 4 restaurants. A few tiny shops and a great bookstore.
Today I ate ate Gluttony & Graze.
I had the Chicago Dog minus the peppers and onions. It was the best Chicago Dog I've ever had. And I've eaten many in Chicago. The dog itself was good. Fresh tomatoes. If you like pickles this dog is to die for. But they stand out item is the bun. Light, fluffy, flavorful. Perfection.

My friend and I had an incredible burger that was truly steakhouse quality—perfectly cooked and full of flavor. Michelle, one of the staff, recommended the Basque gourmet topping, and it was absolutely delicious. The flavors were rich and well-balanced, making every bite a delight. I also loved the presentation, especially with the steak knife elegantly placed in the center of the bun. The attention to detail and quality were top-notch. I will definitely be coming back with my husband!

First time ordering from Gluttony & Graze. Ordered the bratwurst Chicago style last night to take home & have for lunch today. First bite today and realized it was not cooked. Had to toss it out. If it didn't already have all the good stuff on it I would have grilled ity myself. Sad as I was really looking forward to trying it.

Can I give no stars? We walked in and I had to use the bathroom very badly, the employee told me I needed to order something before I could use the bathroom and smiled at me. I told him it was urgent and I would buy something after and he smiled again and said he would tell me the code after I made a purchase. I can’t believe such poor customer service and literally making me leave and walk around the block when I had to use the bathroom so bad? It this Denver or some low class place that’s worried about just anyone wandering in and using the bathroom.

Popped in for lunch on a Monday during a hot summers day with cousins, including a teenager and 8 year old.
The server was very welcoming and friendly.
Although we came for the hot dogs it was great to see that the venue has a variety of menus/kitchens so one is bound to find something amenable to your taste buds and wallet.
The younger generation had their jumbo beef dogs plain and really enjoyed them, commenting on the bun being soft and a good size.
The adults tried the Southwestern and The Chicago which hit the spot. The flight of hot dogs looked like a good option too but we left that for another day.
The Mexican style lager was perfect for the heat we had escaped from.
We enjoyed browsing in the bookshop downstairs which had a great selection.

This place was beyond horrible. The only person working on a Friday night was an angry and hostile woman. I ordered a baked potato and she said they were out. I asked a question about the olive oil in the burrata and she rudely gave me a sarcastic answer. I should have left then, but I was starving so I ordered the burrata. It was dreadful-- runny cheese with a few wilted field greens and some wet, rubbery pita bread. I took one bite and threw it in the trash. Maybe it was a bad night and they're usually better? I hope so.

Really good hot dogs in a comfy hang space with a full bar. They very nearly got the Chicago style hot dog correct (sprinkled with poppy seeds instead of celery salt) but it was delicious nonetheless. I would spend a lazy afternoon here having a few cocktails and a few dogs. We will likely come back here to this relaxing gem in the heart of castle rock.

First off the restaurant is inside another restaurant and it's kind of like a cafeteria for adults. The food was excellent too bad it was hard to find.

Wow. I have cooked in Michelin 2 and 3 star restaurants in Europe, and have to say that I am impressed with the level Gluttony has taken the basic, and not so basic, concept of a hot dog.The dogs are top quality, and the buns are something I have never seen before. If you’re not in the mood for that, they have different types of loaded baked potatoes and loaded salads. The fact that they are at the bar level of Sinners and Saints, which is one of Castle Rock’s top cocktail bars/lounges seals the deal for them.Castle Rock wins again with another great restaurant concept!
