Placed an order on Sept 6 and my credit card was charged. I still haven't received my order 2 weeks later. Called the listed phone number and was told I called the wrong number.

Been using this product for years. Love the product. However. Made a order online almost a month ago. Payment was received promptly. Have not received product. Tried contacting them. 3 emails. No response. Called 800 number. No longer in service. Can't reach the store. If the company is no longer in service. They need to take down the web site. But someone is receiving the payments. Very bad customer service.

I love the product when you can get it. I put my order in on March 3rd 2024. I've called, I've emailed and my order still has not arrived. It's sad.... Plus no response to my calls or emails I would rate this product a 5 to 10, especially the Prime Steak Rub, but shipping and management I would rate a -1. I hope there is a legitimate reason for the lack of service.

It was supposed to be a Christmas gift but it still hasn’t shipped and they don’t return calls (doesn’t matter which line you choose, nobody answers), instagram messages, or emails. I’ve finally disputed the charge through my bank.

Xtinction Sauce is the best ghost pepper hot sauce. It’s become a family favorite. We always have a bottle of this in our house. Highly recommend for those who like a little space. Or a lot.

This restaurant is unquestionably one of the finest place in the area. Always when I visit this place I am greatly glad. They always keep their high level service and the topmost level of meals they serve. You can never go wrong with this restaurant. Warmly recommended.
