I would have to agree with most people who posted about this restaurant in a negative manner. Atmosphere and service especially are subpar and the price is a little much for a pizza. Guys it’s a freaking pizza. There’s nothing special about it. It’s a damn pizza. To say it’s Chicago style… Is a very long stretcha. It’s no Lou Malnati‘s or Giordano‘s or Gino’s East for that matter. If you were getting that kind of quality meal, I would understand the price but no way in hell are they meeting that mark. And if you’re not meeting the mark, the service better be impeccable. Not the case here. Whenever people ask me if it’s a decent place, I say pass. And for those who have gone there, despite my recommendation, they have told me it’s the last time they will go there.

We are visiting from out of state, so we had never been here before. Before we walked in, they had just gotten a huge rush of people so they were extremely busy. We got seated and given our menus and could see them struggling to take care of dine in and take out customers. Even though conditions were this way the staff was super friendly and attentive, they didn't let us feel neglected in anyway. We got our food in a timely manner and it was delicious! Pickle fries, dinner salad, BBQ chicken pizza and a spicy pepperoni pizza (definitely not for the weak!) and their kids menu had plenty of options, even for the pickiest of toddlers like we have! Definitely will be back if we are ever in this area again! It's even delicious cold, IYKYK!

Upon arrive the staff is not welcoming. Waitress was very nice. We upset the staff when we asked them not to open the garage door next to us as it was 50° out and raining. They weren't very nice after that. I was really disappointed.

Another great pizza at Granellis in downtown Castle Rock. Service was excellent, so friendly. Since we're from Chicago we have to have a pizza from home and this is it. Can't ask for fresher ingredients, hot fresh food, great beers on tap and everyone is so dam nice! We'll be back soon!

The pizza and the apps here are delicious and unique, and the staff is incredibly friendly. They went above and beyond after I asked for a non-alcoholic beer and a prosecco for my wife… they said no at first but then went to the liquor store to get it and surprised us! The small-town vibe and the location are perfect, right in the heart of Downtown Castle Rock. I highly recommend this place.

We only come here two to three times a year as you really have to be in a good spot mentally to deal with the staff. Every single time that we’ve picked up a pizza here, the staff is either rude, incompetent, or both. No one here is splitting the atom, but you never know it, the way they are habitually condescending to the customer base and make it seem like a grand inconvenience you wanted a copy of a copy of a copy of Aurelio’s.

Pizza is fire!!!!!! Cheesy garlic bread is also just as delicious! The lady behind the counter, Amy I think, was super sweet and friendly even though she was pretty busy. Definitely will be back

Dont do it this is your warning. I dont like to do this and i wished i would have reviewed the reviews from 2 weeks ago. Food and service not good. The beer was the best part .. the service was horrible, we ordered the same time as an 8 top. We ordered 1 pizza and a kids spaghetti 45 mins they serviced the 8 top first. The pizza had bland sauce . Jack's frozen pizza way better! The cheese garlic bread was baptized in salt water .. cleatly frozen gross (that was my only food u was unable to eat it. Pasta sauce has more water then tomatoes bland.. I am so sad we wasted our money do not go here we are still hungry. The wait staff didnt appolizge for any of this, they didnt even ask us if everything was okay. I hope something changes and things get better.
