We are visiting from out of state, so we had never been here before. Before we walked in, they had just gotten a huge rush of people so they were extremely busy. We got seated and given our menus and could see them struggling to take care of dine in and take out customers. Even though conditions were this way the staff was super friendly and attentive, they didn't let us feel neglected in anyway. We got our food in a timely manner and it was delicious! Pickle fries, dinner...
Another great pizza at Granellis in downtown Castle Rock. Service was excellent, so friendly. Since we're from Chicago we have to have a pizza from home and this is it. Can't ask for fresher ingredients, hot fresh food, great beers on tap and everyone is so dam nice! We'll be back soon!
The pizza and the apps here are delicious and unique, and the staff is incredibly friendly. They went above and beyond after I asked for a non-alcoholic beer and a prosecco for my wife… they said no at first but then went to the liquor store to get it and surprised us! The small-town vibe and the location are perfect, right in the heart of Downtown Castle Rock. I highly recommend this place.
