The waiter was slow and not really interested in answering some questions about the menu selections. Felt it was overpriced.

The prices went up and the flavors went down. This place was good a few years back. Thanks covid!

The tacos Al Pastor and Al Carbon were both really good. We asked for queso dip and it came really fast and tasted like you would get it at a sporting event, mass produced out of a giant can. We are use to Los Dos queso which is delicious. Other than that I have no complaints and just recommend you stay away from queso if you like authentic homemade queso.

Such a friendly place! They don't take reservations, but they went the extra mile to make certain our party of 10 was seated promptly. The service is superb. Prices are budget friendly. Food and margaritas yummy.

Service was great but the food was extremely bland. Ordered chicken enchiladas and chili releno , enchiladas had no taste very bland and chili releno was tiny. Ate it in 3 bites.

I will only leave a review if the place has impressed me or if I'm utterly disappointed. I wish there was an option for Zero stars. The food was just TERRIBLE. The SERVICE was even WORSE. The food was so bland, I asked for hot sauce (you should never need at a Mexican restaurant) which the waiter NEVER brought to me or apologized for not doing so at the end. He NEVER came once to check in on us for drinks or anything. We had to finally flag him down for the check. The restaurant was clean (reason for 2 stars on atmosphere)This was one of the worse experiences we have had. A waste of $80. We regret coming here and would not recommend this restaurant to anyone!

This is a staple for Castle Rock. We’ve been visiting since we moved here almost a decade ago. The restaurant has your typical small town Mexican vibe and the menu is huge but there’s so much more to it than just combos, fajitas and tacos. Try some of the more eclectic/traditional offerings like the Molcajete, chicken culichi, steak chicana, pollo a la crema, etc! For margarita fans, get the ultimate. It’s simple ingredients and has the cleanest flavor. Hands down the best they offer while not being the priciest. Also the staff is very hospitable and kind once you go beyond saying hello and receiving your chips and salsa (ask for the mushroom salsa - it is amazing). The people who run this place are truly wonderful! It is what it’s supposed to be, comfort food in a warm atmosphere with good people.Kid-friendliness: Family friendly!

They added 18% tip automatically to party of 4 without allowing us to choose tip amount ourselves which would have probably been more but we were not afforded the courtesy. This is extremely unethical and we will not be dining there again.

Food was REALLY good, HUGE portions. Always remember to get a "Mexican coke!" It helped immensely that our waitress was SMOKING HOT! I'd eat here everyday if I could. Call me "EL GORDO!"
