HIDDEN GEM IN CASTLE ROCK I had the most amazing experience with this meadery. I had never heard of mead before let alone tried it but the overall experience here was just one of a kind. The most kind genuine down to earth people who work there and has the best drinks. Not too sweet, just right, it has something for everyone here. I just can’t stress enough the customer service is just out of this world. They treat you like you are family!!! If you have not tried this place in castle rock you are missing out!!! The best most interesting alcoholic drinks that are an in between of wine and beer. 10/10 for me!

This place is a unique experience, at least in Castle Rock. Lots of interesting flavors to try. Definitely worth a visit.

Surprising local meadery! So many flavors on tap including a couple with Earl Grey tea. Also a seasonal variety of slushes. Our group had a flight of 8, so tried several flavors of mead. You can sit and enjoy or get a growler to go. This spot is a tucked away gem. The doors open for a nice outdoors feel. Plenty of seating. No food, but there are occasionally food trucks. Cute bee apparel for sale too. As well as local honey. Reasonable prices. Definitely check them out!

This place is so great! We stopped by at the end of the day just to check it out and were pleasantly surprised. All the staff is super friendly and it's nice and welcoming inside. The mead tastes amazing, too!

I've been a tremendous beer snob forever, however, I've been here numerous times, and it always impresses me. From the genuine hospitality to the best mead in the world, Honnibrook is a must visit if you're anywhere near the area. ... and no, they didn't pay me to say that...

Some of the nicest people you'll meet work here. The mead is delicious! There seems to be a good balance between events and chill nights. It's my favorite place to hang out in Castle Rock.
