What an amazing find while out exploring! This hidden gem, tucked away in a small industrial complex off the I-25 frontage road is not to be missed. They have a friendly vibe, the bartender happily allowed me to try a few different mead samples to find the perfect one to satisfy. I had an amazing chat with the owner and brewmaster discussing the origin and production of mead and where he sources his ingredients.The Honnibrook offers a tempting selection of food as well, live music on the weekends and an outdoor space in the warmer months.Their mead is light, crisp and clear, not nearly as heavy a beer is and all natural. The only thing I was missing to truly embrace the experience was a horned helm!I fully anticipate this becoming a regular hang-out!

Honeybrook is always friendly and has a wonderful variety of Mead to choose from. If it is your first time, I would recommend getting a flight to taste some of the variety available.I've come back several times now and will continue to visit in the future.

While in Colorado recently, touring the breweries we stumbled across this little meadery in Castle Rock and it was such a great find. Large selection of brew, friendly and informative staff and the atmosphere was chill and inviting! We ordered a flight of 8 for $24 and as you can see from the pics, was an absolute steal! My favorites were the Natural Beauty and Earl Grey Lavender although they were all yummy P.S. They also have a selection of cards and board games to inspire some playful entertainment and host special events often so be sure to follow them on IG!!

Great place! Absolutely spectacular mead, so light and refreshing. All of their flavors are amazing, it was almost impossible to choose which to buy bottles of. The staff and owner were so friendly and they were especially welcoming to our pup we brought with us. We’ll definitely be back!

The outside of this building is hiding a GEM! Our first time and they kindly brought us tasters of the base mead which was a great primer. The decor and vibe are great and the staff were so knowledgeable and helpful. Delicious and a great time!

Delicious mead with incredibly friendly owners!! This mead is not syrupy sweet. It’s dryer with amazing flavor, just how good mead should be. The owners’ excitement about their craft is palpable as they explain everything. They have great flight options and they encourage customers to bring their own snacks. Love this place and their mead and will definitely return.

We had tried some of their mead at a tasting event earlier, so when we were in the area we decided to stop in to try some more flavors. My favorite was the lychee. An employee told me I should try it as a slush, so I did. If I'd have known how good that was, I'd have just gone with that. It's dessert in a glass. We tried the lychee, guava, black cherry and peach habanero. I'm a spice wimp, so the habanero hit me right away. The guava was probably my second favorite. The black cherry was good, but not as sweet as I was expecting. All of the meads were wonderfully balanced in their flavors. The service was outstanding. We will be coming back to try more flavors.
