Love the food but Cannot deal with the morning staff. They are never open during operation times, I show up before work around 6:45 and there's times where walk in door is locked and nobody is on drive thru headset. So I never get a order or have to wait 10-15 mins before I can order. It's really annoying and the manager always has a attitude when I asked if they open at 6am or 7am.

This location for travelers... One of thee best orders I've had from JIB. 11 dollar munchies box- fresh curly fries, and cold ranch dressing, fresh ultimate cheese burger, fresh tacos, diet coke was on point. The 2 person team was jamming out drive thru orders. Guy in front of me ordered 30 tacos. My order was out in just a matter of minutes, his tacos were about 3/4's done being made.

Every once in a while we get a a silly craving for the Tacos.. this Jack in the Box, have the nicest and friendliest workers.. it is always a pleasure to be served by them...though some of the customers act entitled,(it is difficult for me to understand, that attitude) the workers have always kept a friendly demener, and served the next in line with a smile and respect... Thank you !!!

I ordered a bacon ultimate burger. I asked what came on it. They said ketchup and mayo. I asked for it with no mayo. The burger i was given was spilling over with ketchup and mustard (which i would have asked they leave off if they had told me it was a condiment on the burger), but had no bacon on it! Why would I order a BACON ultimate burger with no bacon? I am highly disappointed. I tried to call them to see about replacing the burger and there was no answer, twice.

This might have been the worst jack in the box food I've ever had!! I ordered a meal it was 5 spicy chicken strips and curly fries and a drink, the chicken was over cooked and a couple pieces i couldn't eat, the curly fries it was all crumbles and not a single one even made a curl!! The drink was fine I enjoyed it...... But it's gonna be a long time before I go back
