I usually love Jimmy John’s, but this experience was disappointing. My husband brought our order home and our bag was missing multiple items, both bags of chips and the large Kickin’ Ranch we paid for. Mistakes happen, but when I completed the survey to report it, all it said was “we’re sorry” with no option for a refund or to void the charge for the missing items.
When you pay full price, you expect to receive your full order or at least have a way to make it right. Hoping this location improves its order accuracy and customer service response.

Ordered 2 subs at 1:15 in the afternoon, took more than an hour for them to deliver food. When I called the store they informed me they had ran out of multiple ingredients and were working on it with no idea on time frame for delivery.

Bad experience!! 7:30 PM OCT 22 when i 77entered JJ on Allen st castle rock no one was there waited a while then I called hello hello- this young girl came out of the back obviously not happy i asked to purchase one bread she responded we don't have any so i do you have enough for a sandwich she responded what do you want i asked for # 16 she started to make it with no gloves first then realized and put on gloves i

Do you like meat in the sandwich you just paid $14 for? If so do not order from this location. They will con you into spending your hard earned cash on lettuce and bread. You will open your sandwich and think hmm I think they forgot the meat only to be surprised that it is there you just have to eat half the sandwich to find the .075 oz of chicken you ordered is in fact there!

New trainee at register - as a result, 3 of the 4 sandwiches we ordered were wrong - The Cubano ended up being...tuna? An italian meat sandwich (forget the name) was...just turkey. The one customized sandwich, wasn't. By the time we had discovered this - we were too far away to return to get it corrected. Even though they tasted OK - they were NOT what we ordered.

This is the worst Jimmy John's I've been to. I know some of the kids that have worked there, good kids but they've been poorly trained. Management doesn't seem to care very much. Not surprised this is a pretty poorly rated store. Horrible place to get food from, definitely won't be back

Over the past 6 years, we have had one bad experience after another at this Jimmy John’s location. Tonight I placed an online order and sent my teenagers to pick it up. The employee turned them away, saying some guy already picked it up. I called and spoke with the employee. I asked her to remake it, because we didn’t get our order, and she told me she want able to do that and had to call her boss because she’d “never dealt with anything like this before” and didn’t even know if she had the ingredients to make the sandwich es…even though she had the ingredients 30 minutes earlier. Poor customer service and I’m done with giving them “another chance”.

I ordered on April 1st and received the wrong order. The order was not corrected and the employees did not seem to care at all. Due to this I had to charge back on my credit card because they would not fix the issues.

Today I decided to give this Jimmy John's a second chance. I ordered three hours before I had to go to work. I had waited two hours and decided to call the store. My order was STILL at the store. The employee did not care and I decided to cancel my order over the phone. I will never order from this store again. I have submitted two complaints that have gone unanswered. Do not order anything from here unless you want to be disappointed
