Worst ever š
This is the worst Jimmy John's I've been to. I know some of the kids that have worked there, good kids but they've been poorly trained. Management doesn't seem to care very much. Not surprised this is a pretty poorly rated store. Horrible place to get food from, definitely won't be back
My fav right now is the kickin chicken ranch sandwich on regular bread not the wrap.
Over the past 6 years, we have had one bad experience after another at this Jimmy Johnās location. Tonight I placed an online order and sent my teenagers to pick it up. The employee turned them away, saying some guy already picked it up. I called and spoke with the employee. I asked her to remake it, because we didnāt get our order, and she told me she want able to do that and had to call her boss because sheād ānever dealt with anything like this beforeā and didnāt even know if she had the ingredients to make the sandwich esā¦even though she had the ingredients 30 minutes earlier. Poor customer service and Iām done with giving them āanother chanceā.
This place canāt take simple direction. Would give 0 if I could.
I ordered on April 1st and received the wrong order. The order was not corrected and the employees did not seem to care at all. Due to this I had to charge back on my credit card because they would not fix the issues.
Today I decided to give this Jimmy John's a second chance. I ordered three hours before I had to go to work. I had waited two hours and decided to call the store. My order was STILL at the store. The employee did not care and I decided to cancel my order over the phone. I will never order from this store again. I have submitted two complaints that have gone unanswered. Do not order anything from here unless you want to be disappointed
The guy with a nose ring, pants hanging down to his knees, and a white beard was throwing things around while making food. Not very professional at all and cussing. It took forever to get our order.
I went to the Castle Rock location off of Allen Street this evening to get sandwiches for my daughters. It was 7 PM and they informed me that they were out of bread and that it would be a 30 minute wait. I couldnāt wait that long and even though I wanted to get the sandwiches, I also noticed that the whole restaurant smelled like weed, which was a huge turn off for me as a mom trying to get sandwiches for my two young daughters. The staff informed me that I should go to the Wilcox location instead of the Allen Street location to get a faster sandwich. I was frustrated and upset that I could not get my order at 7pm!
They were out of bread at 7pm on a Wednesday and it smelled like marijuana.
OMG did the portion sizes shrink!?! My reg seems like a mini today! Was that what the remodel was for?

I get I got a "little John" but this thing is a damn roll up. I paid $7 dollars for this? That is absolutely wild to me you sent this out the door.

Horrible customer service. Came in before the game to get sandwiches and was told there was a wait because of online orders. I was the only person in line and they wouldnāt help me. Get better service for those in the store. Wonāt be back

Three times now I have ordered ahead, given them plenty of time to have the order ready(20+ mins) and I walk in and they have not even started the order. I understand lunch hour is busy but I donāt usually order within busy hours. Also no one is ever in the restaurant ordering. This time not only was my order late, the ice machine broken, the drinks were all watery and the staff gave ME attitude. Good grief. We need new management here immediately.

Disgusting!! I just picked up my order and the guy sneezed and covered him mouth and nose with his gloves and went right over to the tomatoās and began doing whatever with those with the same gloves he just sneezed all over! Disgusting!!! Like pleaseee roll the cameras ron4:23pm on oct 21! Gross gross gross!

DRIVER SHOWED UP AFTER I CANCELLED MY ORDER AND WAS CONFRONTATIONAL ON MY PROPERTY THE MANAGER ANDREW REFUSED TO GIVE ME HIS SUPERIORS NAME! Ordered online waited over an hour, called twice, got told my sandwich was made 40 minutes ago. Canceled my order, just go to Jersey Mike's. OH and hey management if my refund isn't on my card in 3 days ill down there to talk to you in person about the matter
