I was so excited to eat here as I saw the reviews.I was most excited for the chicken salad sandwich and the almond croissant.We went at about 4:30.After our order was taken , it took about 15 minutes to get the food and we were the only ones there.They forgot mac and cheese, the almond croissant, and a drink.Highly highly disappointed.

Sandwiches were expensive and tasteless. Good chicken and wild rice soup. Ordered a turkey sandwich on sourdough. Just not good. No flavor.

The staff were amazing!! I was short on money and was trying to get a smaller meal in my budget and was told it had been taken care of and not to worry about it! It was the kindest thing. I appreciate the gesture so much. Thank you for helping me out.

Spoke to staff three times about an order for a shower, including the manager. Arrived for pick up on a Saturday, they said the order was written for Monday. Had no choice but to wait for order to be filled, they had to make one of the items, they filled order wrong the first time and had to return for correct order. What the heck!!!

“Can I get the strawberry smoothie?”
“We don’t have cranberry juice”
And then a guy in a Cintas uniform walked by and informed us he would be setting off the fire alarm. My french toast was 2 inches thick and not cooked at all. Should have been called the french loaf. There were a bunch of chairs nailed to the wall and a gift wrapping station? All the food was room temperature and obviously microwaved. Girl taking our order was great though!

Our group of four ordered 5 orders of Pumpkin Spice French Toast this morning about 9:26 am. One order came right away. Her latte came 15 minutes later. Two orders came after another 15 minutes later with only a little pumpkin spice topping. I wanted more pumpkin spice topping, but I was told there was not enough to give me any more.
We decided not to wait any more, so we asked to take the rest of the orders to go.
We were told there were no more take home containers left to put our leftover french toast home. I had to use two plastic plates to put my french toast in and I had to ask for a bag to put the plates in.
We waited another 15 minutes to get the remaining orders.
The staff needed more workers to help. Our waitress did her best to get what we wanted out of the kitchen. I blame the kitchen staff for our bad experience. We thanked the waitress for her efforts to help us. I know this morning was the first day that the pumpkin spice French toast was on the menu. Today was my first visit to Kneaders. I did not have a good experience. I left with my stomach upset and so stressed out. I felt the need to share this experience hoping Kneaders will improve their customer service.

We go once a week. The location we go to has had a constant staffing change for a long time now so food is not correct often. They are working on it.

Super impressed with the friendliness of the folks at the counter. The food was tasty and fresh. Nice and cool inside. Such nice people.

This was my first time going through a Kneaders drive through and I'm very disappointed. I was the only one in the line, but the clerk seemed rushed and irritated, thus, I felt rushed to place an order. I had the tuna on hazelnut bread and a slice of very berry cheesecake. The bread was good but the sandwich was pathetic. Very little tuna, and a leaf of lettuce that should have been composted a couple of days ago. There was tuna salad in several places on the outside of the to go box. The cheesecake should not have been sold. It was clearly past date. It was dry, with dried out whipped cream and an almost black strawberry on top. I drove home with my to go lunch, about a 20 minute drive and wasn't about to take it back, but I'd be hesitant to eat at this location again.
