Went to Miyos for breakfast and was not disappointed. The breakfast burrito was loaded with bacon which was wonderful. It was very busy which was a good sign but I was still able to get a table. They also had lemon water which is bomb after a late night. Will definitely be going back if I’m hungry driving along 25. 10/10 experience!

Everyone who works here is nice. Gingerbread coffee is absolutely delicious. Really like the hot sauce too. We’ll be back again and again!

The restaurant is a great place to meet for breakfast but the food is mediocre at best, the bacon looks like jerky and the eggs come two ways, raw or cooked to death. The staff is the best thing about the place, I think they make the toast and coffee which is pretty good.

Food is great. I know the owner is overall a nice guy. But, it’s not ideal if you’re in a hurry. It gets busy, and the clientele is mostly older wealthy people who aren’t in a hurry to do anything. They take forever ordering, figuring out what they are doing, and just moving in general. I also talked to a young lady who was working about my to go order. I told her my name, and she said she’d check on it. I saw it come out not two minutes later. She bagged it, looked at about a half dozen tickets, then set it aside without even calling the name out. I had to wait for 2 more groups to order to get up to the register only to find out it was my order, and it had just been sitting there for 5 minutes. It was 5 minutes that I just didn’t have that day unfortunately. I grabbed it and left in a hurry, only to have the owner yell at me as I walked away, ‘Did you already pay?’ Please know your community, I would never walk out without paying….it’s not downtown Denver people around here. Don’t you have a ticket that tells you that as well? Why make it a scene in front of everybody? It was fairly insulting, and salt in a wound as I was already upset about the service I had. To go orders are a fact of life now, please improve your system so I don’t have to wait in the ordering line, and can get it right when it comes out. I tip on every to go order like I would if I sat at a table. I feel like you guys didn’t earn it yesterday.

Picked up two breakfast burritos and got nothing with them, no sour cream, no lettuce, no tomatoes, no pork green chili.

They used to come with all of that.

I called multiple times.
No answer.

I’d have asked for a refund and not taken the food had k known when I picked them up.

I just tried it for the first time, the atmosphere is family friendly and calm, the location is in a well lit area for breakfast and lunch to enjoy dining inside or outside. The available menu is much larger than I would think for a small mom and pop, but golly they make everything so well and in a timely manner. They even have an in-house hot sauce I bought (Habanero Haze) that is both smokey and packs the heat. With a breakfast burrito and skillet made to perfection I assuredly will be back here making it a regular spot.
5/5 for all the following, atmosphere, food, and service.

This cafe is bright and fairly clean. The servers and baristas are friendly. My burrito was just okay, the potatoes and cheese were not fully cooked and melted. My 20 oz mocha was bitter and tasted gritty like there were fine grounds in it. The barista explained that it was because there were 4 shots in the drink. I asked for the Mocha to be remade. It was remade and it tasted better. The chocolate wasn't helping the overall taste. I'd say food and drink need some love from the heart.

The food was very tasty. The portion size were size-able-needed a to go box. Free refills on coffee. Folks were very accommodating and checked in to ensure everything was well. I had Huevos Rancheros…so good.
