This cafe is bright and fairly clean. The servers and baristas are friendly. My burrito was just okay, the potatoes and cheese were not fully cooked and melted. My 20 oz mocha was bitter and tasted gritty like there were fine grounds in it. The barista explained that it was because there were 4 shots in the drink. I asked for the Mocha to be remade. It was remade and it tasted better. The chocolate wasn't helping the overall taste. I'd say food and drink need some love from the heart.

The food was very tasty. The portion size were size-able-needed a to go box. Free refills on coffee. Folks were very accommodating and checked in to ensure everything was well. I had Huevos Rancheros…so good.

Took a long time for someone to take my order, and there was no line. She hadn't tried either option for the quad salad (tarragon chicken or albacore). I ordered the tarragon chicken with spinach for my greens. I got no spinach, and saw on my receipt she put mixed greens instead. The tarragon chicken had no taste, and I waited a long time for it. No staff smiled or were friendly. And when we left shortly after closing, the one staff person I saw never looked up and looked noticeably bothered that we left 6 minutes after closing. I liked the local artwork on the walls. That's all. Never going here again.

There must be AI reviews of this cafe, as I cannot believe the high ratings. From the food to poor customer service, it was a terrible experience!
Food - It took 45 minutes after we ordered our meals to get them; our coffee took 30 minutes!
I ordered scrambled eggs, hash browns and bacon. The eggs had obviously been sitting as they were dried on the surface and barely warm. The bacon tasted like it was reheated in a microwave..all dried out and brittle. The hash browns were very greasy.
My son ordered a bacon, onion and cheese omelet. There was no cheese inside the omelet (only on top), so the bacon and onions just fell all over the plate. It was so hard to eat that he had to eat the filling separate from the egg. He got fruit on the side and the pineapple was hard!
The tables were dirty and when we did get servers' attention they were at least pleasant but seemed untrained and lost in their jobs.

We really loved the food at Miyo - it was our first time and thought it was really tasty, like how you can customize things. The food was hot and came fast. Maybe the coffee could be a little stronger --we got iced lattees and it could use an extra shot but overall we would return

The food is not as good as it used to be. My smothered bacon burrito was swimming in water and the inside was cold. Maybe water from the salsa was flooding my plate, but first instinct was to pour the liquid off. Then after a couple of bites I realized the inside was cold and the cheese was not melted. Luckily my dog was with me.

You will no regret coming here. It is called MIYO as in make it your own. You can order anything on the menu with any customizations they can do. I have yet to not get EXACTLY what I want.
Additionally, the staff is very kind, likes working here, and even eats here. It’s a hidden gem worth exploring!

Food menu original and well prepared, good size portions. Friendly, but food prep slow on a busy day.

Best burritos around.
Had a bad time after having breakfast here. The issue i believe stemmed from the use of cheap pancake mix which often contains whey protein which is well known cause severe allergic reactions in some people. My complaint is that they did not make any note of this on their menu. Their business is feeding people, they should know these things and disclose known potentially allergic ingredients.
