We love this place. The finishings of the resturant could be better. It looks dated and there is no privacy or ambiance, but the service and food make up for it. Food is very good, and the chefs make the experience fun.

This is a resturant where you sit around the grill and the chefs put on a bit of a show while cooking your food in front of you.

We are planning another trip back soon.

Really enjoyed some sushi at Mt. Fuji. Not over the top, just good flavors and a relaxing atmosphere. I was honestly surprised when the server set the sushi down — it looked even better than I expected.

A+++ We had lunch there. It wasn't crowded. The staff was fabulous with my son who is on the spectrum. Very nice and understanding. The good was great too. Highly recommend.

We thought we would venture out and finally try our neighborhood sushi place. We had heard good things about Mt. Fuji. And we are so, so happy to discover a true local gem. We decided to opt for sushi this time but will definitely return for the hibachi next time. We were out for a quick, laid-back date night on Friday and ordered a few sushi rolls. Thinking the rolls would show up on a couple trays, we were beyond excited when we received a sushi boat instead. What a presentation! The sushi boat was complete with flowers and dry ice smoke that added to the amazing platter of rolls. The sushi was high quality, delicious, and well-constructed. Mt. Fuji staff are all very pleasant and quick to assist. We give big kudos to the sushi chefs/artists in the back as well. Several other tables were served amazing looking dishes, even saw a whale dish and a spiral staircase of sushi! Great place, decent prices, friendly staff, and a pleasant surprise. We'll be back!

I am so disappointed. We love going here but tonight’s wasn’t a good night. The food was good but absolutely no show from the chef cooking. My grandson begged us to take him there because last time the chef was amazing and even let him take a picture with his chef’s hat. This time nothing! At the end, my 7 year old grandson looked at me and said “that’s it? I feel cheated.” He had been watching the other chefs and was so excited. No flying broccoli, no tricks with the eggs, nothing and my grandson is right - I feel cheated. Food was amazing as usual - and if it was just my husband and I it would have been fine but there were 2 kids sitting at our table. We will still go back but will make sure we have one of the other chefs that talk to us and have fun while cooking.

Its always so much fun to go eat here! The chefs are always entertaining and wonderful! My friend has some food allergies and they always make sure to keep her safe even in a large group! Plus they also have the best RICE!

I ordered filet mignon and lobster hibachi. I ordered the steak rare. It came to my house medium well and there were shrimp in with a couple of lobsters. I didn’t order any shrimp. The flavor was nothing whatsoever. It was disgusting 80% of it went in the trashcan and I’m serious. What a waste of money.

Great time, they have really stepped up their game with all the competition in town. Definitely a favorite spot! Must try the Jacky Roll.
