This place rose above my already high expectations for a sushi place. I sat at the sushi bar and they immediately greeted me with a complimentary sushi appetizer, once I placed my order I watched them put together the amazing presentation of my meal, check out the video! The sushi was fresh, with bright flavors and delicious. Every bite blew me away! I will be back soon!

We went to celebrate 2 birthdays and the staff made it fun! When the 2-year-old in our party cried at the flames on the hibachi cooktop, the chef altered his routine to entertain the rest of us without frightening my youngest grandson unduly.

We use to love this place when we lived here. We came day after Christmas so I understand being busy, however that was the quickest hibachi “show” I’ve ever seen. I was fine with that as we have small children who don’t sit very long anyways… everything tasted great. Later that night my husband and daughter were sick! the food went right through them. Needless to say I’m not sure but maybe the food wasn’t cooked long enough? Sad that we won’t be able to enjoy this place next time we visit family.

Ordered through Grubhub. This is not authentic Japanese food. More like Chinese food. Japanese food is subtle in flavor, this was very garlic forward. I threw it away. Everything was wrong about the food. Thirty dollars down tge drain.
Mt. Fuji is our 'go to' sushi place in Parker because it is consistently very good with friendly and quick service. They have a great menu of options and the prices are reasonable.
