Food was really good. Dining area was clean. Person who took my order was very friendly. My biggest complaint has to do with the forced tipping payment strategy: asked me for a tip before I’d received any food or service… AND only gave me default options of between 10% and 18%. I had to press ‘Other’ and then 0. They must know that ‘tipping fatigue’ is a real thing and this is an escalation tactic to force customers to give tips for counter service using a guilt trip tactic. It’s called dark pattern UX and is a forced tipping technique. Stop it.

I ordered food for my family from here last night and the door dasher must have mixed up orders. I got someone else’s family order. I called the store and the manager on duty was so amazing! She had given me the option of refund or coming back in on a later date and I chose to come back since we still had food and surprisingly most of the same things we ordered. BUT LET ME ADD THIS AMAZING HUMAN WENT OUT OF HER WAY TO BRING ME MY ORDER ON HER WAY HOME ! Honestly couldn’t be more grateful and she gave us some extra sweets. This girl deserves a raise !!! I wish I caught her name because she is so amazing !

Currently submitting this at the ER, in hopes it may alert or interfere with another incidence of food poisoning and/or illness. Came in with my husband for dinner and observed an overly sour and bitter flavor to our meals. I had an underlying belief the chicken was not right, and I was surely correct. I’m in no way slandering, bashing, or targeting any one location and its staff, merely sharing my experience as I feel this would be necessary information for not only the establishment, but for hungry, wandering guests. This location is majorly phenomenal, but something went terribly wrong with their meals today, and I sincerely hope they catch it before it’s shared with the community.

Small blond lady with glasses behind the counter was very rude. I asked to buy a rice crispy treat and she said sorry we’re all out and walked away. The rice crispy treats were literally right in front of me.
I enjoyed my meal, my kids not so much (theirs was too spicy for them) . This just means I have a place to go by myself now :)

Ate here for the first time with high hopes. The mac' cheese should be called all mac no cheese. The worst I have ever had. It's almost as if someone forgot to put cheese on it. Cannot recommend this place at all.
