One of my favorite restaurants in Castle Rock. When I ask for a rare steak, it always comes out rare, not overcooked. They always have high quality cuts and I really like their sides as well. Wait staff is always super friendly and pleasant. Love coming here for special occasions. I definitely recommend!

We had a really disappointing experience at the Outback Steakhouse in Castle Rock. Our ribeye steak was rotten, and there was even a bug in one of our drinks. What made it worse was that the manager never came out to address the situation. For a place that’s supposed to take pride in customer service and food quality, that’s completely unacceptable. We won’t be coming back.
Update: Since posting this review, Michael, the owner, personally reached out and went above and beyond to make things right. He was professional, sincere, and clearly takes pride in his business. I truly appreciate the way he handled the situation and wanted to acknowledge that effort.

I’ve always loved Outback. The quality of steaks to me is better than the other mid priced steak houses. And their bread with the honey butter for an appetizer is amazing.
