One of my favorite restaurants in Castle Rock. When I ask for a rare steak, it always comes out rare, not overcooked. They always have high quality cuts and I really like their sides as well. Wait staff is always super friendly and pleasant. Love coming here for special occasions. I definitely recommend!

Had an amazing experience at outback first time here, my steak was cooked exactly how I ordered and seasoned very well our server Ashlan was very helpful, fast, and sweet

Ashlan was a fantastic server! She was very helpful and great at suggesting items on the menu that suited our tastes. She keeps the drinks refilled and was very welcoming with her presence. Will be coming back to have her as my server!
