Unfortunately this location struggles with wait time and often doesn't get orders correct. Im also seeing a trend with many other poor reviews. Possible staffing issue and/or management issue. Staff seems stressed. Would like to see improvement as we love Panda and this is the closest location. Food always tastes great however!

Waited in line sun afternoon, 5-6PM approximately 30-35 minutes from the front door to the counter, only 20-25 feet. They had 4 people working and line inside and the line outside (cars) also long. One person working the drive-thru, one cook, one at the counter inside taking orders and the cashier. Food all over the counter top, parts of food in another pot that shouldn't be there. The place if fairly new but been open long enough to serve people better that what they are doing. Doesn't take that long to order and receive your order at IHOP.

I downloaded the app for the 35c original orange chicken. Waited in line then get up to the counter showed the girl the promotion she then said to me that I needed to order my food on line Geez, I got out of line went to my car it was so upsetting. I was so hungry. Nothing happened that day like I wanted it to. Come I should have been able to do all of that in line and received the discount and received my food. Be a little nicer as well. God Bless everyone who hurts like me. Amen. Happiness for you all.

We got food from Panda Express in Castle Rock today, aside from the fact that this is the third time we have been there, and there was no rice... brown or white, my daughter was treated to badly we will not be returning!! The man that was supposed to give her the order held it against his body and told her to grab it. Not ok!!!!!! and they were soooooooo mean!!

Terrible my chicken was bad and gray. They where out of almost everything brown rice and chow mein. Service was horrible waited forever and staff was mean

More than upset tonight. Just wanted some basic Chinese food (which coming to panda isn't asking for a lot). Got chow mein with probably about 4 noodles the rest veggies. Ordered it to go, was given no silverware (good thing i was going home afterward). I asked the lady at the window for some sweet and sour sauce and she walked away and shut the window. And to top this experience my food was very clearly thrown in the bag and was half spilled into the bag when i got it. Not to mention my food was luke warm if that. Won't be back to this location. Would rather drive the 20 minutes to Park Meadows to have mediocre Chinese food.

Still open but closing the lobby at ... wait for it ... 7pm. People who made it 6:59pm eating inside. All others get drive thru. No thanks, see ya!

We have tried so many times. You know people will order the chow mein - it's the main dish yet they never have a decent batch. Every. Single. Time. We are getting what seems like the bottom of the bowl. Not so much noodles as over oiled soggy veggies with a noodle placed here or there. We end up throwing it away after we've had whatever chicken we ordered on top. There are a billion hamburger places. Why can't someone creat another "fast food" Chinese restaurant and do better - it wouldn't be that difficult. Craving Chinese? Get a burger instead.

Only the drive through has been open and they have yet to get my order right. If I order Teriyaki chicken it comes without teriyaki sauce even though I ask for it. If I order a large drink I get a medium. If I ask for chile sauce, well, I have yet to ever get it to date. Some of the employees seem rather annoyed when dealing with them. Just seems like an unpleasant ordeal going to this particular Panda Express.

We usually come once a week or so, but lately it just keeps getting worse. Tonight's the last straw. I think the shrimp was cooked this morning, as it was salty and falling apart. Can't even call to get my money back as they won't answer the phone. We are done

First- the drive thru was crazy long, so we were going to just go in- nope the lobby was closed. We go ahead and get in line and then we sit in the drive thru line for like 15 minutes. We finally get to order only to be told they were out of some of their entrees. Half of what I tried to order was "out" and then they told told us they were also out of all of the sides except for the spring rolls. Ridiculous.

Food tasted like s*** and was cold, obviously the people working do not care. I wouldn't recommend anyone to eat at this panda location. The chow mien was just noodles.

I won't return. The manager Kevin should rethink his career choices. He made an already unpleasant evening go completely in the trash.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!! Every time I order from this place I'm always disappointed!! This is like the 5th time I've gone through the drive through and ordered the crab cheese wontons and asked for the sweet and sour sauce only to find out when I get home they didn't give me any!! I also ordered the "Chicken Teriyaki" that came with ABSOLUTELY NO TERIYAKI SAUCE!!! They also never give me any napkins! ONE STAR
