Waited over an hour for a pickup order, along with about 20 others tonight. No sense of urgency from staff and no sense of customer service or apologies for the wait. Absolutely the worst Panda Express experience I've ever had.

Wait 15 minutes in the take out line with only two cars ahead of me. Didn’t have what I ordered, even though it’s advertised. Ask for two other things and they didn’t have them either. Finally, asked, what do you have?! No stick in line with no order. Horrible. Won’t be back.

HIGHLY recommend! This is my daughter's favorite place to eat, so I find myself here often. Customer service from everyone is on point. The cashier tonight, I believe his name was Jesse, is why I'm writing this review. He was exceptional at customer service, warm, kind, and amazing. He made my night- this spot is lucky to have someone like him on their team.

Waited 40 minutes in a drive thru for three meals. One with very little protein. There were at least 5 employees, yet there was no hustle to get the car line down. I will not be going back to this location.

As far as Panda Express chain restaurants go, this is one of the best. The staff is awesome. The food is prepared correctly, consistently. The dine-in experience is good enough. The restaurant is mostly clean, and so are the bathrooms.
