Panda for me doesn't offer a whole lot of healthy choices. The service here was good prices were okay and the atmosphere was quiet. Came in for lunch and there were only two other tables.

Trash. Don't waste your money here. Paid 35 bucks for 3 meals that barely had a level scoop of protein and the rest is just rice and no utensils. Lack of training. Drive through server rushed the order trying to get me to pull up after every entre I asked for instead of asking me if it was the end of my order. Not coming back until it's fixed.

Placed an order at 8:15. When I arrived for pickup, they had already “closed the kitchen” and could not fulfill any item in my order besides orange chicken. I work in a restaurant- NO ONE closes their kitchen 45 minutes before they actually close. No way to receive a refund because I placed an order in the app, and no manager on duty. If you’re looking for a quick meal after a long day, look elsewhere.

It can't be that they don't notice when placing an order I asked for chicken and chow mein and they gave me shrimp and rice, and I'm allergic to shrimp, how is it possible that they do things like this?

DO NOT COME HERE!!!!!!!!!!! every single time i come here there’s something wrong with my order… every single time. I came here tonight and it was worse than usual. I had ordered two orders of cream cheese rangoons with extra sweet and sour sauce and a medium side of chow mein. INSTEAD of what i ordered, i got 5 rangoons instead of 6 NO sweet and sour sauce (i asked for sauce both and the order box and the window and the guy said he put it in there, he did not put any sweet and sour and instead gave me 3 packs of soy sauce) and my side of chow mein was half full… I hadn’t been in a long time due to past experiences but have decided to give it another try. i will for sure now NOT be going back to this location again. DO BETTER PANDA EXPRESS YOUR JOB IS NOT HARD AT ALL!!!

They always have freshly made food and quick service. My only complaint is I had a 100 dollar bill to pay and they wouldn't take it. It's money, so they should. Being unprepared with change on their end shouldn't be an excuse to not serve customers.

*PSA to anyone who orders delivery through their mobile app. IF you have ANY issues do not bother contacting this location like the receipt says if there are problems. Go directly to DoorDash as DoorDash supplies their drivers.**

This evening I placed a delivery order for this location through the Panda Express app. Smooth sailing until my completed delivery. Half of my large drink was missing. Now, the thing about this location (I’m unsure if other locations are different) but here specifically they do not secure or seal the fountain drinks whatsoever for delivery orders. There isn’t any tape that secures the lid to the cup and there also isn’t a sticker placed over where the straw goes. Therefore, when I can clearly see half of my large drink is missing that does leave room for me to assume a possibility of my drink being tampered with.

I immediately called the phone number as listed on my receipt. I explained that all my order is here, everything is correct, however I was concerned about my drink. As half of it is missing and I was concerned there is a possibility it was tampered with. I stated I’d just like a refund for the drink. The woman I spoke to was not helpful AT ALL. What I was met with was excuses/more information that concerns me. She proceeded to tell me that not only do they not do refunds but they do not handle ANY of the delivery drinks. That there is no way she can help me since the delivery drivers are responsible for filling my drink. Why are DoorDash delivery drivers responsible for filling and handling open drinks themselves? Why are Panda Express workers here not handling drinks and sealing them?

This worker I spoke to also began to tell me that my delivery driver probably just didn’t want to fill my drink all the way so that’s what it more than likely could be. Well, I’m not saying that’s wrong. I too am aware of that possibility. But you also can’t guarantee me it wasn’t tampered with either. I was then given 2 options. I can either A) drive down there myself for a new drink OR B) She will write my name down so I get a free large drink in the future.

After this call I opened the text link on my phone that DoorDash provides on their end solely. This is when I contacted their support instead. MUCH MUCH BETTER! They submitted the refund for my drink immediately. No questions asked. They apologized for my experience, empathized, AND told me Panda Express is responsible for the refund as well.
