Staff seemed overwhelmed and unfriendly at this Panda location. Other customers were rude and entitled. I understand when service is slow, but just an unpleasant experience here overall. I won’t return to this location.

Order taker did not listen. Sat at window for 5+ minutes before being told that the egg roll I asked for was not available, after I specifically asked if they had them. Was asked if I would like anything else. I got a large drink instead... which ended up being the only portion of my meal that I ate, because when I got home and looked at my food.... they filled the entire bowl with rice and put like 4 or 5 pieces of chicken and a couple veggies in it. It didn't even look like a full scoop of the spoon they portion with. Oh, and the reason I didn't eat it... the chicken looked like it was way over done. I paid 11.50 for a large soda I didn't even order at the beginning. Thanks for nothing, guys.

Robert the manager was phenomenal. The service from the staff at this location was great and obviously the food here is delicious. Everything fresh and hot. By far this is my favorite location.Wheelchair accessibility: It does have ample parking for wheelchair access. And the tables are spaced out with enough space for wheelchair accessibility.

The wait for the drive through is absurd. It took 12 minutes just to get to ordering with only 2 or 3 cars in front of me to order, then it took another 10-12 minutes to get from placing the order to actually getting my food. Will never do drive through here again. Would have been quicker almost to just dine in.

I love the orange chicken, but not at this location! It is 9 out of 10 times over cooked or has been sitting for awhile! The manager is rude and does not make any effort to fix the issues. I was over charged $16 1 time so he thought giving me a order of orange chicken $12.93 would fix the problem. No apology. Also if you ask if you could wait for fresh orange chicken he just walks off! Most of the staff are friendly and helpful. Feel sorry for them that they have a boss like him. Not sure how he has the job since he is definitely unfriendly and unwilling to accommodate the customers. I was going in daily but now I feel I'm throwing my money out the window since I'm unable to eat most of it!! Not good guys!

Adding a star since they had Chow Mein available today. However, still not very fresh food. This location could use an audit and become one of the highest volume locations.Really slow drive thru and they regularly are out of their two chief menu items: chow mein and chicken.There should never be a time I visit a Panda location where the mein isn’t on the menu due to inventory or whatever. Yet it’s happened three times here to me.Three times I have left without purchasing anything.

I am the most unhappy I’ve ever been. They offered me a FREE meal and only having to pay for a 2$ drink of I was to fill out a survey. I payed for my drink then they refused to give me the free meal after saying they would. I had to wait for my orange chicken for about 7 minutes and when I got it the rest of my food was cold and the chicken was way overcooked. Bad service and all they do is complain about how they can’t have to-go plates now. Bad service. I’m so angry and will NOT be coming back.

Ordered a bowl with fried rice and orange chicken, I got noodles and orange chicken. I payed with cash and my change wasn’t given or offered to me. Drive through took about 20 minutes for 6 cars.
