I put in a to go order 30 minutes before close. They were great. They were out of a lot that i ordered for to bring so close to closing. They substituted what they needed to, communicated well and were just wonderful. Will be back.

Fantastic! Food soup was tasty and hot. The ciabatta was very delicious as well as the cranberry orange bread freezer.

I am really sick right now and asked my husband to get me soup from Panera. I’m not joking when I tell you there was one carrot and 3 noodles in here. So disappointed in the quality of Panera now days.
Way over priced. I got a 1/2 salad. They ran out of blueberries and pecans. For $10+ tax, no thanks.
This has got to be the worst panera bread ever. A year and a 1/2 to 2 years ago, they did something terrible to a young man that had autism. I saw the whole thing.
So I said I would never go back there but I thought you know what i'm gonna give it another shot.
First of all, it starts at the top! The owners were the managers of this place. Need to reevaluate before they lose the whole business.
They're not training, they're staffed properly. They don't have enough staff and I feel sorry for the New Girl or new girls. Who haven't been trained properly... but the bottom line is that it is it gave me a horrible customer experience. And I wasn't even able to pay for my food.
So don't get mad at your employees. At least the new ones, it starts at the top. Train your people.
I will never go there again.
So sad I use to love Panera! Just saw a commercial and hilarious because the good looks nothing like the commercial! Salads are small and limp, sandwiches are so much smaller now. Sad that everything is about profit margin not quality !
The staff were friendly and pleasant.
Always good

Consistently run out of different flavors well before even 10am. It's almost every time I order they are out of everything bagels. Why not make more? Why is it ALWAYS like this, bagels are one of the main things sold before noon.
Order was incomplete
I have never left a review like this before and I wasn't going to. Then Google reminded me that I visited this place and asked... Well here we go. I have never had a more disappointing experience. The breakfast sandwiches (steak and bacon) are unimpressive for the price. The croissant toast was wet and soggy. So gross! Inedible. The pastries were cold and when asked if they could be heated up we were directed to a microwave that didn't work. The coffees which cost as much as the sandwiches, were nasty. So a $60+ breakfast for 3 people literally went in the trash. The price wouldn't have mattered if the food was edible but unfortunately it was all bad. Panera please do better. I will also note that the presentation of the food when you eat in is terrible. (for breakfast) A single palm size sandwich alone on a huge plate with a napkin. Why are the plates so big for such a small serving?? I wish I could give this particular Panera negative stars.
Julia our cashier handled our bagels with her bare hands. She had a tissue paper in one hand, but it was all crinkled up and she was still touching our bagels with her fingers every time. She was not in a rush there was no one behind us. Some of my bagels were touched completely with her bare hand. In case you didn’t know, this is a health code violation. I don’t want to get Norovirus, Hepatitis A, Listeriosis, Salmonella, etc., etc. We won’t be returning.
