Papa Johns Pizza

The manager was cussing at the workers they kept saying that all pizza was not done Even though we could see our order and it was completely done I had to wait like 25 minutes just to get my pizza 💀💀💀

Me and my friend came in at night to get a pizza and Eric was AMAZING!! very very helpful and very quick making our order.

Took a millennia to get the pizza for my UberEats delivery they hadn’t even started on it when I came in here despite having like 15 people working.

I’m coming back to edit this. It’s been 30 minutes and still no pizza. Not one person in here has got their stuff. 0 sense of urgency from anyone back there. I wouldn’t order a pizza from here with a gun to my head. Terrible service, people giggling in the back while there’s 8 people in the lobby and multiple of them still waiting to be helped. Fella comes up and yells at this one guy next to me because he didn’t hear what he said. Trash man. Trash

John the manager answered my dietary restriction questions and seemed like he cared about making good pizza and satisfying the customer. Will be back

Manager is horrible and useless !! Even after ordering the pizzas on the app and it mentions a kid’s eat free medium cheese pizza they missed it out and when we called he talks as if he never got the order when it clearly was mentioned in the order receipt !!

I ordered 3 special pizzas. The driver tried handing me 3 pizzas I had just watch slide out of the delivery box to the ground. I said no. Called Papa John's, guy answered said he was the manager and his name was Josh. He said he would send me out 3 more pizzas. I waited and waited. After an hour I called back and the guy tells me that my pizzas were sent out over 45 minutes ago. I said no one has come to my door. He said we'll they were sent out. I opened my door and find 3 wet and cold pizzas. I asked for his manager and he told me he didn't know the general managers name but I could call back tomorrow. I called back today and a Andrew answers and tells me he is the manager. Andrew did not care that I got pizza delivered to me wet, cold or in a timely fashion. He didn't care that one of his employees lied about his name or being a manager. He didn't care that I spent over $50 ordering pizza. Papa John's and the establishment did not care. Yet I am suppose to just let it go. I can't get in touch with the corporate office because half way through the complaint process it cuts you off and starts you back at the beginning.

This store has been hit or miss in the past, but lately it has been 100% miss. Most recently placed an order and after waiting until the estimated delivery time, the tracker refreshed stating my order had been transferred to Door Dash and quoted an additional 40 minutes wait time. The food had been in "ready" status for 20 minutes up to this point. No way I want hour old food assuming it even arrives on time the second go around. I called and canceled and the employee on the phone said they only use Door Dash anymore. Definitely not worth it moving forward. Save your time and money.

Ordered for carry out and when I walked in my pizza wasn't even put in the oven yet. Waited 45 minutes to get my pizza took them 20 minutes to put my pizza in when they weren't even doing anything the whole time.

I called little ceaser pizza and they have a 5 meat pizza 14” and they are $15. I called Papa John and their equivalent is $24. We are talking a $9 difference that’s like 60% more. Looking at the reviews here I can’t seem to be able to see if you are getting more bang for the buck as most of their reviews are bad.
