I made a mistake and chose "Takeout" instead of "Delivery" and couldn't figure out how to cancel the order online. I called the store and they promptly answered the phone and canceled the order on their end before it went into production. I then had issues getting the delivery option to work and the store was so generous they attempted to find a delivery driver internally to help me out. I ended up placing a delivery order (technology gliches!), and the delivery arrived on time and delicious. I feel like this location (Jimmy specifically!) went above and beyond to help! Looking forward to many more orders with this location.

Came in for happy hour and to watch the NCAAW soccer tourney which was on the TV behind the bar. Food and bar service was excellent THEN the manager came over and changed the to the news. I said I was watching the game and he said “we can take a vote. People want to watch football” TV’s been on for 15 min and still news. He’s the worst.

Well, first off let me start by saying Perry’s pizza does not hire or have delivery drivers for Castle Rock. They used DoorDash. That information should be divulged when anyone is ordering a pizza for delivery. Not only are you at the mercy of your DoorDash driver who decided to deliver our pizza 40 minutes late, but when I called to talk to a manager, they told me that the moment DoorDash picks the pizza from their premises. It is out of their control, and they are not at liberty to offer any refunds. I am so glad that I spent almost $40 for a cold pizza. Never ever again will I order pizza from this company?

The food was good however tonight there was a broken oven and it took over two hours for our pizza .We got there and they said our food would be ready at 5:47 fast forward almost an hour and we still don't have our food.They did give us free vouchers and comped our food but it would've been amazing to know it wouldn't be done for a long time because they were prioritizing door dashing and dining in.They handled it well besides the point of being clear and honest .This review is to let anyone know if they go within the next few days to clarify if the oven is fixed so you know the amount of time you'll be there .

Terrible experience dealing with their delivery through their app system. Evidently it is done through DoorDash, and it is the perfect example of where the left hand doesn’t know what the right hand is doing. Basically, the information that I put in for the delivery address was not showing in their confirmation email and I’m being told different stories from both sides. It’s a classic case of it’s their fault not ours. You need to call them and that’s exactly The discussion on both sides, DoorDash, and Perry’s pizza otherwise the food is good And this could’ve been an isolated incident but now I have spent 20 to 30 minutes trying to figure out what I’m gonna eat which has left me very angry and frustrated and they have now lost a customer and motivated me to write a bad review.

They are the slowest and rudest establishment in Castle Rock. Placed a to go order and when I showed up the order wasn't even placed . Then they had the the gall to tell me that I was being rude

We love the people here - Cora and Gail are the best! They ALWAYS get our pizza the way we order it and like it “extra, extra crispy - no bending”! Great beer selection and rewards program too!

Went for the first time there in castle rock today. Great service. Great food. One thing I would change is the bar stools. Wood is not comfortable. Yes I’m 65. Bars have soft chairs. Did I mention I was 65. It was great.

We had to call to order pickup because the online option does not allow you to make modifications to delivery and you cannot call for delivery . My husband ordered and they said 45 minutes. He showed up on time. Our pizza was cold and wings were hot. That tells me pizza sat for a while. The downside to the wings was how they packaged them. The ranch spilled all under the wax paper.
They are way too expensive to have it served like this. We wanted to try something new. Don’t think we will order again as it was over $90 for a large, small, and two orders of 10 piece wings. I would expect more.

Great food, service, and beer list! Not to mention very affordable pricing. Consistently a good choice for dining.
