Parry's Pizzeria & Taphouse

So this is typical pizza parlor behavior they don’t give you extra cheese they just send out an already cooked pizza. They clearly knew it wasn’t extra cheese but they do not care. Two pizzas for $48! The 10 inch pizza is paper thin cost them maybe 25 cents for the dough. It’s a rip off

Parry's management and staff on duty exceeded expectations on our visit. We came in after a youth boys baseball game with a crowd of 30 people with about an hour to closing. They were prompt and courteous and never once got frustrated. Thanks team and kitchen manager, I forgot her name, keep up the good work!

The manager (Brittany C.) was awesome!! She had the biggest smile on her face when approaching me. Aside from that she made this first time experience at Parry’s a friendly breeze. I highly recommend coming in while she’s on shift. TOP TIER CUSTOMER SERVICE, THANK YOU BRITTANY

Excellent gluten free options. Very nice atmosphere. Excellent service. We love the specials and they let us swap it out for the gluten free option.

Customer service is lacking & understaffed, employees rarely around or rushing, my interactions with two young female bartender servers wasn’t anything special or friendly; when they were even behind the bar to help.

I ate on a Friday afternoon and it wasn’t too busy. Maybe if they had more staff, service would be more friendly and attentive.

My husband and I have ordered food from here before and we were really impressed - the wings were large and had plenty of sauce, the pizza was delicious with plenty of toppings, and the fire fries were so good and too many for us to eat. This time, however, we unfortunately had a completely opposite experience. The pizza was the only thing that turned out decent. The wings this time were dry, overcooked (it was like eating chicken jerky), and the wings were TINY, like the size of a finger!!! They only gave us a half order of the fire fries and the carrots that came with the wings, half of them were rotten. Extremely disappointing!!! We will never order food from here again!!!

We go there just for the waitresses. And the food, great atmosphere, but if you want a great experience have Maddie, be here server.

Great selection of beers on tap, clearly someone here knows beer and keeps a regularly updated selection of IPAs and local brews.

The pizza and calzones been have always been wonderful, however the nashville hot chicken is a new favorite.

A hidden gem in Castle Rock!

I made a mistake and chose "Takeout" instead of "Delivery" and couldn't figure out how to cancel the order online. I called the store and they promptly answered the phone and canceled the order on their end before it went into production. I then had issues getting the delivery option to work and the store was so generous they attempted to find a delivery driver internally to help me out. I ended up placing a delivery order (technology gliches!), and the delivery arrived on time and delicious. I feel like this location (Jimmy specifically!) went above and beyond to help! Looking forward to many more orders with this location.

Came in for happy hour and to watch the NCAAW soccer tourney which was on the TV behind the bar. Food and bar service was excellent THEN the manager came over and changed the to the news. I said I was watching the game and he said “we can take a vote. People want to watch football” TV’s been on for 15 min and still news. He’s the worst.

Well, first off let me start by saying Perry’s pizza does not hire or have delivery drivers for Castle Rock. They used DoorDash. That information should be divulged when anyone is ordering a pizza for delivery. Not only are you at the mercy of your DoorDash driver who decided to deliver our pizza 40 minutes late, but when I called to talk to a manager, they told me that the moment DoorDash picks the pizza from their premises. It is out of their control, and they are not at liberty to offer any refunds. I am so glad that I spent almost $40 for a cold pizza. Never ever again will I order pizza from this company?

The food was good however tonight there was a broken oven and it took over two hours for our pizza .We got there and they said our food would be ready at 5:47 fast forward almost an hour and we still don't have our food.They did give us free vouchers and comped our food but it would've been amazing to know it wouldn't be done for a long time because they were prioritizing door dashing and dining in.They handled it well besides the point of being clear and honest .This review is to let anyone know if they go within the next few days to clarify if the oven is fixed so you know the amount of time you'll be there .
