Asked for the pho to come extra spicy. Waiter said they don’t do spicy pho but I can add sriracha to it if I want, in a dismissive tone (first time a pho place I’ve ever been to that couldn’t accommodate this request). The underside of the garlic chili sauce lid was filthy, likely has never been clean. Pho itself was mediocre at best. They skimped out on the meat and it was overly sour. It was expensive too. Much better pho places in the area!

Pho is pretty good.
Egg rolls not so good. Egg rolls are odd bubbly texture and this produces extremely greasey roll vs traditional Vietnamese smooth, crispy roll. If let to cool all oiled is absorbed into roll.
The eggrolls changed sometime in last year maybe late 2023. You can see the odd texture in pictures.
If the rolls rated alone, I'd give 2 out of 5.
Tendon is excellent here. Wish I could master tendon.

They cut the portion size of egg rolls in half and raised the price to $9. That’s not inflation. That’s shrinkflation. It’s not good enough to justify that price when I can get a full order for $8-9 at another good pho place.

Horrible, paid $30 for large chicken pho, got smaller portion then I have ever seen. Maybe 1/2 cup of chicken, all noodles, less sauce then ever before. I have ordered here no less then 20 times and something has dramatically changed. Probably getting ready to close. Use to be great but they are not close to worth it anymore. Goto a different place.

Ordered the large chicken pho and basically got noodles and broth. Very little chicken . Asked for extra hoisin and got one pack of hoisin sauce and one pack of sriracha for a to go order. They’ve gone downhill for sure. Used to not be this way. What a shame.
