I can't even offer 1 star. Ordered for delivery on Halloween night, was told it would be 30 minutes. Two hours later, delivery person showed up. I told him either you give it to me for free or I don't want it. The delivery person walked away. Two hours?? Seriously?? The least they could do is save face and give me the food for free. They are just going to toss it out anyway. Horrible service.

So the knocked down the original Pizza Hut to make this fast food Pizza Hut so they could pump out low quality pizza for a higher price. I got a meat lovers pan pizza for the low low price of $45 and instead of getting a meat lovers I got a meat “kinda” let’s count 3 sausage 3 pepperoni and 1 tiny bacon 1 ham. Like these these used to come with a nice thick crust for pan pizza and tons of meat. Now they skimp out on literally everything. I will not be back this was so bad.

1st id like to know how a grown man working the drive through without a name tag, on his cell phone can treat my wife and kids like they were in the wrong for simply ordering a pizza on the app and showing up when said app said it was done. This man screamed at my wife, threw her receipt at her and screamed at her, scaring OUR child. If you dont like your job, just quit, dont treat people, Especially my family terrible because you cant handle your life or your job. Needless to say, we want a refund immediately and a formal apology from pizza hut. I dont care about the guy working the window, he clearly needs counseling and a new job

Rude and unprofessional. I parked in front of this restaurant as I was early for a meeting at a neighboring restaurant. Five minutes later, someone parked next to me, went inside, and put a sign directly in front of my car, and went back inside. I stayed briefly to finish some work on my phone, then moved my car. The same gentleman then moved the sign again and glared at me. Lastly, this all occurred around 8AM…your restaurant doesn’t even open until 10AM.

A polite request to move would have been more than enough—no need for this rudeness. Based on this experience, I won’t be ordering from here and urge others to not frequent this location.

Their customer service is straight garbage: food is great, but you call them, stonewall you, and they call you back and then hang up. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION. you have been warned.

Ordered on line for in store pick up. Waited an additional 15 minutes past promised time. After returning home we discovered the pizza and cheese bread were over cooked. I should have checked however the manager Brady never should have let this make it to the counter if he were doing his job of quality control correctly. Had to return to the store to resolve the issue while my wife waited on hold for 25 minutes with customer support center. The store phone was still ringing when I got there. Poor management. The pregnant lady working there said her manager (Brady) approved the remake and would be about 15 minutes. After waiting an additional 20 minutes I was told the order was never placed and they would issue me store credit. This was unacceptable. I went in to the store and asked for the manager (Brady). Very unprofessional person. Told me to contact corporate. Requested the information to reach corporate. He turned and walked away. After a few minutes I asked how much longer it will take him and he replied "when I have time." I left the store with no food and no refund. I can not belive Pizza Hut trains their managers and staff like this. I can not believe Pizza Hut condones this type of work culture. Look at all the poor reviews and anyone can see there is no interest improving customer service or satisfaction. What happened to the kind of manager that would take a few minutes to make it right. Is this the image of Pizza Hut? It's your employees that project your image. What are you going to do Pizza Hut to make this right. Where is my refund?

That was the worst pizza I've ever had and the bread sticks were burn. The delivery guy couldn't speak English and pretended he couldn't make change. It cost me $40.00 for a bad pizza.

Do not order from here if you ever want to see your food. The past 3 times they have canceled the order without explanation or messed up the order with no resolution. And don't bother trying to call either because it will just go to a call center.
