Ordered on line for in store pick up. Waited an additional 15 minutes past promised time. After returning home we discovered the pizza and cheese bread were over cooked. I should have checked however the manager Brady never should have let this make it to the counter if he were doing his job of quality control correctly. Had to return to the store to resolve the issue while my wife waited on hold for 25 minutes with customer support center. The store phone was still ringing when I got there. Poor management. The pregnant lady working there said her manager (Brady) approved the remake and would be about 15 minutes. After waiting an additional 20 minutes I was told the order was never placed and they would issue me store credit. This was unacceptable. I went in to the store and asked for the manager (Brady). Very unprofessional person. Told me to contact corporate. Requested the information to reach corporate. He turned and walked away. After a few minutes I asked how much longer it will take him and he replied "when I have time." I left the store with no food and no refund. I can not belive Pizza Hut trains their managers and staff like this. I can not believe Pizza Hut condones this type of work culture. Look at all the poor reviews and anyone can see there is no interest improving customer service or satisfaction. What happened to the kind of manager that would take a few minutes to make it right. Is this the image of Pizza Hut? It's your employees that project your image. What are you going to do Pizza Hut to make this right. Where is my refund?

That was the worst pizza I've ever had and the bread sticks were burn. The delivery guy couldn't speak English and pretended he couldn't make change. It cost me $40.00 for a bad pizza.

Do not order from here if you ever want to see your food. The past 3 times they have canceled the order without explanation or messed up the order with no resolution. And don't bother trying to call either because it will just go to a call center.

This pizza hut is honestly the best! Our pizza is always hot and fresh. Everyone we've encountered has been really nice. We just ordered pizza tonight and had a speedy delivery, awesome driver, and the best pizza. I came on here to give my 5 stars and was surprised by everyone else's low reviews. I normally prefer locally-owned places but this pizza hut is my guilty pleasure.

Have been ordering to the same address for 17 years, last 3 times we have ordered they have somehow delivered and handed our order to the wrong place. Waited an hour and called and they said it was delivered, I have 3 hungry teenage boys that definitely do not have pizza. Now have to wait another 30 minutes for them to remake it, this place has gone downhill very fast. Very disappointing but definitely will not be ordering from them again, shame cause we like the pizza

Wow! How convient. I was hung up on 2 I thought the 1st was an accident called back and the manager got on the phone started telling him the issue and was hung up on. Almost every review states they were hung up on!!! I see that the owner or corperate doesn't even care!!! Ask me again why I support mom and pop shops!!!!! I will pay the extra and support the mom and pop!!!

Just picked up 2 pizzas, breadsticks and cinnamon sticks. Absolutely horrible! Pizzas cold and burnt, cinnamon sticks stuck to cardboard and tasteless. Never again. Waste of money.
Just wanted to say yes I was upset with the 20oz bottles, when I ordered a 2 liter, but driver made it up, to us, and that we appreciate, thanks to that driver, and the pizza was EXCELLENT keep up the good work, this order was for Matthew rm213 comfort suitesl

Ordered a pizza. Worse than any frozen pizza Ive ever tasted. Wife called to complain and was told you ordered it , no refunds. We'll pizza hut never again will we purchase anything from this chain. The manager said he could give us 10.00 back and nothing more. Worst Pizza worst service.
