After sitting on hold twice for over 40 minutes I had not spoken to the manager, food was over an hour late, and was cold. I tried to talk to the people working to give the benefit of the doubt but they sent me back to hold instead of actually talking about my order. Do not recommend. Save yourself the hour and a half waiting for a “20-30 minute delivery time” trash service all the way around.

Family pizza night, and the kids have bugged me to try Pizza Hut. Not usually my jam cause I have a history with PH (the ONLY pizza chain I've gotten sick from... twice!) but thought I'd give it local remodeled joint a try. Much like all other chains, they went with the take out model, the end of the dine in restaurant from my childhood ?. Nothing much else to say here, it's new, clean, and everyone was nice?. Pizzas were good. They also have a nice drive through pick up window that I didn't utilize this time. Maybe next.

What even are these 3D printed ingredients???Chuck-e-cheese did it better. Literally a waste of my money. Gross.Papa John's is 1,000% better hands down.

About a month ago I was charged for items not included in my delivery but found out that I cannot get a refund for those items. My only options were to get a store credit or come in to pick the items up. There were a ton of other issues with this order, but the manager tried to reach out and make things right so I did not feel the need to write a review. Fast forward to today, I have been trying to use the store credit and no matter who I speak with, have not been able to do so. I have now been on hold a total of 45ish minutes, tonight and I have no prospects of pizza or the ability to use the store credit that should have been a refund. On a Monday night, I thought I had a good chance of getting a pizza ordered with minimal difficulty and once again this Pizza Hut has succeeded in falling short of a very low expectation.

If I could give it a 0 I would I have ordered 2 times already and my food takes more than 2 hours to arrive. I call and they never answer. By the time I get the food it's cold. We use to order often and it was great but now it sucks.

The 1st pizza we got was burnt, so I took it back. The manager then proceeded to make our new pizza with no gloves. The new pizza we received was horrible as well. We won't be back!

Cant seem to get my order right. Every time I go they are forgetting at least two things on my order. They say refunds are not a option so I get store credit. Not worth your time or money
