We drove an hour and a half one way to enjoy a Mediterranean sandwich because we’ve been craving that ever since we tried it two months ago , they missed a few items, I didn’t taste any feta cheese on sub , there was way to much hummus, The young lady was very nice smile good customer service but the gentleman who made the sandwich was not having the best customer service that day , we even asked him if he added the feta cheese. The guy said yes, but did not. ,my mother’s sandwich didn’t Have any feta cheese or any of the red peppers And she barely had any hummus , The first time we ate this location, sadly it will be the last, I’ll go back to the DTC loction . They didn’t make my mother’s sandwich correct just missing a couple of toppings,and she also had the Mediterranean but didn’t have any peppers and no feta cheese. Very little hummus ,
It wasn’t horrible, but this could’ve been better. I’ve seen the other review it’s happened before Also, I hope they pay a little more attention

🍌 pudding shake was tasty

Solid sandwich and the Mac & Cheese was good. I'm giving three stars because the Root Beer Float Shake was a rip-off. $6 for a milkshake! They don't even use root beer, they use a syrup, and there was barely any actually in the shake so you couldn't taste any root beer. I couldn't help but laugh at the ridiculousness of it.

Drive thru appears to take priority. Bacon on our BLTA was too crispy, it crumbled into little pieces.

I took 1 bite and immediately started writing a 5 star review. Service was great and everybody was friendly. Additionally, the interior is very beautifully designed and unique. Lastly, the food was incredible. In my opinion, this surpasses Subway, Jimmy John's, and Jersey Mike's

I love coming here for my lunch break it is always so nice and friendly the staff are always kind and very helpful when recommending which sandwich is good when trying a different one. The manger is always welcoming. Never any issues when coming in.

Walked in, wasn’t greeted (stood there with a toddler), stood there ready to order and the two guys working didn’t even look up or say anything. Walked out without food after 10 minutes of waiting with no one else in the restaurant. So disappointed.

bro I'm dead ass never coming back to this location again. came to pick up my grub hub. said it wasn't ready yet. parked and waited about 10 minutes. when the employee came to my window she handed me the wrong food. I went inside to get correct order but there were no employees available to help me. I waited about 5 minutes and finally found my food sitting by the door. when I finally went to eat it, the sandwich looked like it had been ran over amd thrown into the bag. as someone who works in food service, I'm super dissapointed. love pot belly. castle rock location not for me

My NEW go to sandwich place

Most sandwich shops give super tame jalapeños or spicy peppers. I expected that going into this. I however was NOT DISAPPOINTED!!!!

The peppers were the best part of the sandwich. They actually had a kick and made even my eyes water! Elevated the sandwich to new heights! THANK YOU FOR NOT BEING WEAK AND GIVING ME THE SPICE I NEED

We came in to order and stood at the register for 5+ minutes. We were not even acknowledged. We were ignored, no one looked at us and there were 5 people working that we could see. We left disappointed and doubt we will be back

Stood in front of the counter for 5 minutes, we were the only people in line. No acknowledgement, nobody asked for our order. This was Saturday at 1.34, there 4 people behind the counter. Get your act together I love Potbellies.

Amazing sandwiches, exceeded way past my expectations! I just need you guys to make a location in Colorado Springs so I don't have to drive over an hour for lunch

This review is mostly based on our recent order. We’ve had a couple of minor issues with missing items on sandwiches, but last night my chicken salad sandwich had no chicken salad on it. We placed an online order and when we picked it up in the drive thru, it was packaged and ready. When we got home I opened my sandwich to find cucumbers, lettuce and cheese. The main ingredient was missing! I don’t understand how you forget the item that is the name of the sandwich. We were on limited time so I went without dinner. Research online said to contact the store about an issue so we went in on our way to an event. He apologized but also said that it’s been happening a lot lately. And since I had an online order they couldn’t refund me. I got a coupon for next time but why would I come in again? I can’t find another way to contact anyone. I would like a refund for this item and something should be done if there’s a common issue occurring.
