We came in to order and stood at the register for 5+ minutes. We were not even acknowledged. We were ignored, no one looked at us and there were 5 people working that we could see. We left disappointed and doubt we will be back

Stood in front of the counter for 5 minutes, we were the only people in line. No acknowledgement, nobody asked for our order. This was Saturday at 1.34, there 4 people behind the counter. Get your act together I love Potbellies.

Amazing sandwiches, exceeded way past my expectations! I just need you guys to make a location in Colorado Springs so I don't have to drive over an hour for lunch

This review is mostly based on our recent order. We’ve had a couple of minor issues with missing items on sandwiches, but last night my chicken salad sandwich had no chicken salad on it. We placed an online order and when we picked it up in the drive thru, it was packaged and ready. When we got home I opened my sandwich to find cucumbers, lettuce and cheese. The main ingredient was missing! I don’t understand how you forget the item that is the name of the sandwich. We were on limited time so I went without dinner. Research online said to contact the store about an issue so we went in on our way to an event. He apologized but also said that it’s been happening a lot lately. And since I had an online order they couldn’t refund me. I got a coupon for next time but why would I come in again? I can’t find another way to contact anyone. I would like a refund for this item and something should be done if there’s a common issue occurring.

I ordered the meatball sandwich on the app. The app was easy to navigate and find options to eat. My ordered said it would be ready at 1613. When I went through the drive thru, the guy was super unenthusiastic on the intercom. I waited at the drive thru window for two minutes before I was acknowledged. My order was given to me at 1615 and they did not start my order until I was at the window. The meatball sandwich was extremely bland and flavorless. The sugar cookie was amazing. Pricing is pretty average.

Overall, I was unimpressed but I would give this place another chance.

The cleanliness is acceptable; the service is prompt and courteous. The only thing is the acoustics inside the restaurant made it hard to hear anyone. If you come here, just use the drive-thru.

I like their hot Cuban sandwich, yummy with pickles and mustard. The drive thru is super convenient and prices are affordable. Easy to grab a quick hot sandwich if you're in CR!

Horrible Service. Rude staff and incorrect food items.

I've noticed that during many of my visits, the Clusters lobby could use some extra attention in terms of cleanliness Additionally, I encountered an issue with my recent order, as some items listed on the menu were missing from my sandwiches. I returned to the counter for assistance, but there were no employees and had all gone to the back after waiting a while one employee then came out took out sandwiches back and add the missing items

First time at Potbellys. Ordered the Wreck, with everything. Though similar sized to other sub sandwiches, was filled with very tasty and fresh tasting ingredients. Enough that I could only finish half ( they cut in two without being asked like I've had to at other sandwich shops! Prices were reasonable for today's economy. The menu choices were varied enough that I wil try something else on my next visit.

Let me start by saying, I was "That Person." We had just gotten off a late international flight and were starving enroute to our house. We pull up at 8:55 with them closing at 9. I told the lady that I understand if they didn't want to wait on me, but the lady was cheerful and said she would help me no problem. Her name is Kei and I want to give specific recognition for her and her positive attitude when I know I would have wanted to kick me out at that time. The sandwich and soup were delic!
