It was a Wednesday so calm and quite ! Love this place the mood is amazing.. Tyler B is a great bartender !
Special event that night which that impacted the kitchen. Our table and those on both sides of us had undercooked beef in our burgers; some safe to eat and some not. Definitely not the norm for this gem of a spot. We'll definitely be back on a night that's back to normal.
The host was amazing! We stopped in for drinks after our dinner at the pizza place next door. They were super busy (MAKE A RESERVATION!) we were 15 mins for our reservation and the host still made us feel welcome and accommodated us as soon as a table was available. The environment here is such a vibe. We also loved all the drinks we tried. We will be back!
Classy, great beverages, great music.

Really pretty atmosphere, but if you have a migraine disorder or are sensitive to fragrance be warned. They have a strong cologne fragrance throughout the bar that triggered a super bad headache for me, which was a huge bummer for our rare date night out.
Food was very good as were the drinks. Service was a bit slow even though we sat at the bar as they tended to the outdoor guests much more.
Great atmosphere and libations. Don't go if you're in a hurry! Service is painfully slow every time we go. Probably won't return die to service and very high prices.
The best cocktails in Castle Rock, and a really good spot to relax and have a conversation. The trick is getting your first order in.
We got seated very quickly, but waited 20 minutes before we even got our first drink order in. Which, in total, became about 30 minutes before we had the drinks before us. Granted it was a Saturday night and it was busy.
Still, the drinks and even the limited food menu was well worth it.
The drink menu is extensive with a list of cocktails, each of which are excellent in their own right. They've mainly separated the drinks by spirit so you can choose based off your favorite.
They also have seasonal drinks that rotate every few months that helps keep everything fresh.
Food-wise, it's very limited, so it's best to stick to drinks here, but the food options they do have are really good.
You can't really go wrong here, just be prepared to wait for that first drink on a busy day

Delicious cocktails and great atmosphere. Annie was a wonderful server - friendly, attentive, and gave thoughtful recommendations. Even when a drink wasn't exactly to our preferred taste, the craftsmanship was of such quality that every one was a delight to finish. The food, while simple, was perfect to complement the focus being the drinks. We recently returned to Colorado from Los Angeles and the cocktails would rival any high-end cocktail lounge there at a much more affordable price.

The atmosphere is very unique and moody and the drink selection is fantastic. I loved how the menu was organized by spirits and the drinks tasted great and the presentation was impressive. The service was also top notch. Great place to grab a drink with friends.

Best drinks you can get anywhere south of Denver. If you are a "real" cocktail drinker and really enjoy something made with care and a great ambience, this is your place. They always have a few good beers on tap and can make most standard cocktails. This is not a place to go get a jack and coke, this is a place to get a cocktail that's made right. Check out the menu and take a chance on something you've not tried, the drinks are fantastic. The food is great, and the chef does a beautiful job with the appetizers/burger/and sandwich offerings. Go for a cocktail experience, go for a conversation. Great place for a pre or post dinner drink and appetizer/dessert.
What a gem in the heart of Castle Rock. I was thoroughly impressed with the craftsmanship and care put into the cocktails here. The old fashioned with Michter’s bourbon was simple and divine. The Crumble Butter with a brown butter fat wash — served with a brown butter cookie! — was an absolute show stopper. Just phenomenal and a must-order every time I go back. Highly recommend!

Great pace with wonderful hostess and wait staff. Fun drink menu with drinks you don't see anywhere else.
