We love Provisions for date night cocktails. Tyler and his staff are great, with wonderful cocktails, and great ambience. We're going to try their dinner one of these nights, now that they have a limited dinner menu.

Knowing that provision has only been a cocktail bar in the past, we did not think that the food on the new dinner menu would be so amazing! Our expectations were passed above and beyond and the service was fantastic! Our server Maddie did such an amazing job taking care of us. She was prompt and gave us perfect drink recommendations, and she even put on a little show with fire for my drink. 10/10.

Updated review 3: Came in an hour before close on Saturday night. One of the bartenders seemed inebriated and maybe that's why service was a lil off. We weren't acknowledged by the bartenders for a bit. The bar back was nice enough to get our first drink orders. My second drink order was actually given to the wrong person at first by said inebriated bartender even though I had ordered it from him minutes before. It was a lil weird. The bar wasn't even that busy. Was def an off night.

Ambiance is nice here for sure. My husband and I sat at the bar. I ordered the dirty vodka martini and it was amazing, it was the best dirty martini l've ever had! My husband got the high fashioned which was also great. Josh the bartender did an amazing job on our drinks. We look forward to coming back.

We had such a fantastic evening at Provisions in Castle Rock! A friend’s boyfriend surprised us with a night out here, and it couldn’t have been a better choice. The ambiance is exactly what you want in a whisky lounge — warm, inviting, and full of character.
There was a small hiccup when our fireside couch inside was double-booked, but the way the staff handled it truly impressed us. The owner personally stepped in and quickly turned things around, setting us up outside under the beautiful Main Street lights. Fresh, cozy blankets appeared within minutes, and we ended up by the firepits, sipping whisky and sharing their incredible cast iron cookie which was absolute perfection.
What could’ve been a disappointment turned into one of the most memorable nights we’ve had in Castle Rock. Huge thanks to the team at Provisions for their hospitality and attention to detail. We’ll definitely be back!

Tyler, the GM completely wowed us with his attention, sharing a sample of the dull sized prime rib grilled cheese sandwich and a warm bourbon-infused cookie! This kind of service I would expect in Aspen or at a 5 start Denver upscale location-and it’s right here in Castle Rock!

This speakeasy-type bar and restaurant is dark inside and a throwback to early days when a well-lit bar was not what you wanted. This was our second time visiting and we came for the happy hour that runs from 4-6 Wed-Sat. We planned on having dinner and the grilled cheese and gnocchi were great. The chef takes the humble grilled cheese sandwich and makes it special with the right choice of cheese grilled to perfection. I had the gnocchi with a tasty and somewhat spicy sauce. The fresh shedded basil was a nice touch. When the GM, Tyler checked on us we asked him why they stopped making the short rib grilled cheese. He said it was too much work considering the short rib was only used on the sandwich. He suggested we try the grilled cheese sandwich with sautéed prime filet tips. It was fantastic. Note that it's not on the menu but if you ask, you might get one of these amazing sandwiches for your self. The creative cocktails are good and I was pleased with the happy hour cabernet sauvignon. My sister swoons over their warm cookies and maybe next time we'll try the ice cream sundae if we have room for dessert. Castle Rock is lucky to have Provision serving up good cocktails and food.
