Provision Castle Rock has a dark, speak-easy vibe, that's a great place to start a night out! Their creative craft cocktail menu has so many fantastic drinks - we've been back repeatedly and tried different drinks each time. Their limited food menu is perfectly paired with the drinks and atmosphere. We love the Bacon Wrapped Dates and the Charcuterie board. We highly recommend Provision!

One of my all time favorite bars, especially for after dinner drinks! The decor, the ambience, the dark colors and candle light make this high end cocktail lounge feel intimate and cozy! The hand crafted cocktails are seriously divine! I love all of the cocktails that I've tried, but my all time favorite is the meringue! It tastes like dessert in a glass! The one down size, is that they are always busy, so be prepared to wait. And sometimes the service can be slow when the restaurant is packed. But those are small prices to pay for a great cocktail in a bar with a great atmosphere! Highly recommend.

I have been here in groups of 4-6 multiple times and loved it, but the last time I had a reservation for two people and they literally sat us at two chairs that were part of a 4 person seating arrangement by the fire, next to a couple we had never met. When I questioned the reservation seating arrangement they told me they "are trying to foster community" so that is why they seated us with another couple we don't know. My neighbors went last weekend and the same exact thing happened to them, so I decided to post this review, to give others a heads up that if you go with a reservation and have a party of two be prepared to be seated with complete strangers. So strange.

Overbooked NYE. Management is completely clueless on how to run a bar. They kept moving people all over. Time limits for tables. Hostesses don’t know what they are doing. Guess that’s why this place is in Castle Rock. Trying to be like New York with the IQ of Kansas.
Amazing! Came here on date night last weekend for a round of cocktails. My wife never finishes her drink, but she didn't leave a ounce in the glass here. Great selection of cocktails to choose from and the atmosphere brings me back to a swanky lounge vibe.

Visited for the first time this evening. Such a cool vibe! Loved the ambience. We sat at the bar and had some delicious drinks made created by Tyler. I had a short rib grilled cheese sandwich and it was good. This is now on my favorites list.

This is a fabulous bar. The main attraction is the atmosphere and the drinks . I visited with a recommendation to try their High Fashioned which lived up to the hype. The bar staff are excellent. Very knowledgeable and great guides. Tyler’s bourbon and whisky knowledge was exemplary. Name your taste and he’ll find you something to match it , often with some Surprising suggestions.
Food was excellent . I had the burger and bacon rolled dates. Only challenge with the dates is not eating too many :-) charcuterie board also had a good mature cheddar .
