Provision Castle Rock has a dark, speak-easy vibe, that's a great place to start a night out! Their creative craft cocktail menu has so many fantastic drinks - we've been back repeatedly and tried different drinks each time. Their limited food menu is perfectly paired with the drinks and atmosphere. We love the Bacon Wrapped Dates and the Charcuterie board. We highly recommend Provision!

One of my all time favorite bars, especially for after dinner drinks! The decor, the ambience, the dark colors and candle light make this high end cocktail lounge feel intimate and cozy! The hand crafted cocktails are seriously divine! I love all of the cocktails that I've tried, but my all time favorite is the meringue! It tastes like dessert in a glass!
