Update: added stars since the other location had chunky queso too and they said it comes from same place

We were craving Qdoba 3 cheese queso and got 3 cups to go. When we opened them at home we were disgusted to find them all obnoxiously chunky. The whole thing was mostly huge chunks of tomato and chile peppers diced way bigger than usual and very little actual queso. We have gotten it many times before at the other location and this is unusual. It is usually very smooth and creamy with very small diced tomatoes and chile peppers as spices. This wasn’t just that they didn’t stir it-the veggies were cut way too big. It was right before close so we couldn’t even bring it back. Such a disappointment.

We were there at 10:30am on a sunday and it was very empty. The staff rushed us through our order so fast like they had the longest line. They just interrupted when we talked all the time. It was just two of us. Very rude staff here!

Been here many times before and no complaints until last night. The brown rice was undercooked...
Portion of protein was small but they sure did give me a bunch of beans and undercooked rice.

Holy guacamole, people! If you’re not eating at Qdoba, what are you even doing with your taste buds?! The fresh ingredients hit different – sizzling grilled chicken, vibrant veggies, warm tortillas, and that aroma that pulls you in like a magnet.
Shoutout to the absolute legends behind the counter: Isaac and Jordan! These guys are flavor superheroes. Isaac was building my burrito like an artist – precise scoops, perfect stacking, total pro moves. When I asked for extra queso (like, dangerously extra), Jordan didn’t hesitate – he said “say less” and flooded that bowl with creamy, spicy liquid gold. It was pure queso nirvana! 🧀😍
The first bite? Transcendental. Every bite after? Religious experience. Isaac and Jordan were high-fiving like champs – they know they just fed someone the best meal of their life!
These two deserve all the praise. Qdoba > everything else. Chipotle who? Never going back. If you’re here, demand the Isaac-and-Jordan treatment – you won’t regret it!
Thank you, legends! 10/10, would eat daily. Bring stretchy pants and an empty soul ready for filling. 🙌🌶️

I like Qdoba more than chipotle, the food has a bit more flavor. I've only had good experiences with this location.

This store has gone through some changes, I came a few months ago and it was a rough experience. I went the other day and the whole environment felt different, people were smiling and the food was delicious. Whatever happened keep it going.

We catered a 150+ person event at our home. Qdoba not only delivered & set up, but the food was a huge hit, going over well with all guests. I'd give their catering team more stars if I could.

I have officially switched from Chipotle. The last 2 burritos I got from chipotle fell apart and I was forced to eat as a bowl. Tried Qdoba last night and the burrito was perfect.

Lincoln was so rude to me and did not give me the portions I wanted Devyn was cool tho
