Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

I don’t usually leave reviews, but my experience at Red Robin today was just too good not to share. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm smile by Riley, our host—and let me tell you, Riley absolutely set the tone for a great meal.

They were friendly, professional, and genuinely welcoming. It wasn’t just a quick “right this way” type of thing—Riley took the time to make us feel comfortable, asked about seating preferences, and even checked in later to make sure everything was going well.

The food, as always, was on point (shoutout to those bottomless fries), but Riley’s energy and attentiveness really made the visit special. Red Robin, you’ve got a gem on your team!

Will definitely be coming back—and hoping Riley is there to greet us again!

I was raving about how amazing the salads were at Red Robin. I was super excited for my salad until it showed up.

Both my sister and I got the Cobb salad. We had some modifications but nothing crazy. I didn't want blue cheese or croutons and my sister wanted cheddar instead of the blue cheese and no tomatoes. The salads came out with blue cheese. They scooped off the blue cheese bits, which was okay, but the cheese was put on the salad with the croutons. I just moved the cheese to my sisters because I didn't feel like sending it back again.

Everything I love about the Red Robin salads was missing. There wasn't as much lettuce, the cucumbers had some frost damage (we added cucumbers), the chicken was like soft baked jerky, the tomatoes were sad, and the avocado wasn't ripe.

I ate my salad because I was hungry, but now I am full of sadness. I've never had such a disappointing salad from Red Robin before. They did comp one of the salads, which was good customer service and I appreciate that.

Our server was slow, food was subpar and we could see into the kitchen and at least 3 servers were vaping. Service overall has declined at a steady rate over the years.

We placed a carry out order thinking that there was curbside delivery… Only to find out there wasn’t. The person I was connected to on the phone was more than willing to bring us our food and I am so thankful!!

Great food. Staff works so hard. Pretty loud, hard to hear what people at your table are saying sometimes.

Clean, and tasty. We had the best service from Brodie. The manager even came around like we were at a steakhouse. They have cleaned up their act and now it's a pleasure to dine here.

We got there at 6:15. We were seated at 6:30, there was 8 of us. The table was sticky .
We didn’t get appetizers and ordered our food and drinks . We got our drinks in a very timely manner. The food came out pretty soon. My hamburger was cold and hard. My fries were barely warm.
I accidentally spilled my water so we used the napkins to clean it up and put the ice cubes back in my glass. We asked for more napkins, mustard, and a fresh glass of water. We didn’t see our waitress for a least five minutes. She only had the napkins. Someone at the table had their open hamburger that was still waiting for the mustard. We reminded her of the mustard and the glass of water. I ate my hamburger with a large pile of wet napkins, right next to my plate.
I would’ve given three stars for the food, but you lose a star for cold food every time. Hopefully we won’t be going back. One of the kids picked this place.

Came in and got seated right away. We accepted to sit at the bar area. She said someone would be right with us. We waited. And waited. I got up and walked around. There were a group of workers. Standing around joking and laughing. They were the loudest ones in the entire place. No one acknowledged us. Another few minutes later we got up to leave. Then was told oh let me get someone to serve you… nope. Will not return.

We had a group of 11 of us come in around 9:00 (I know, we were THOSE people). They seated us quickly and let us know we’d need to order soon since they close at 10. Not once did we feel rushed in ordering our food or our dinner at all. Everyone there was polite and smiled and our waitress, I believe her name was Paige, was so attentive in getting us everything we needed. Fries galore, sauces, everything. All in all this was one of the best Red Robin experiences I’ve ever had and I want to thank everyone from the cooks to Paige who ensured we were well taken care of even if it cost them time in their night having to leave later. Thank you guys!

Visit yesterday was best yet! Amazing service from our waitress, received our order super fast and loved the food! The new Jalapeño Heatwave burger was amazing and Actually spicy.!

This location puts other red robins to shame. Great service, larger portion sizes, really fresh, and they weren't skimping on the bottomless fries (as most red robins only bring 4-7 fries at a time but this place actually brought a full basket of fries). Best red robin I've been to
