Great cafe!

Other than the sweet treats being fresh and delicious, we recently went to a kid’s caramel apple making class and had a blast! The owners were so friendly and helpful too which is always appreciated.

The service was exceptional and the food was great! The facility is very clean and they have plenty of options. I'll definitely be coming back to this store!

Really upset!! I went to buy two apples yesterday for my husband and I. And as I was biting into my apple I found mold!!!!!! Mind you I am pregnant so this is highly dangerous to consume as a pregnant woman! I definitely will not be going back here. This has never happened to us but I’m assuming they don’t throw away old apples? For the price I paid I would think I’d be consuming a fresh chocolate apple! Will not buy from this location again!

We go to RMCF fairly often and always receive top-notch service at this location! Their products are always fresh and high-quality. We also receive exceptional service every time we go!

My husband loves fudge and I’m not a great baker and find fudge difficult so we decided to get a treat. Corn syrup and corn start don’t belong in fudge! I thought Rocky Mountain chocolate factory would have fresh and handmade but this is was prepackaged. The fudge was sticky and not rich. There was no great flavor. I would have preferred mine. Especially since this is pricey. Not comparable to the mountain town candy shops!

The peanut turtles and square caramels were so hard and stale we could not bite through them! Tried cutting with a knife and still no luck! So sad with how much we paid to not be able to eat any of it! 30 bucks down the drain! 😔

The caramel apples here are delicious, but the overall experience has been frustrating. The staff seem confused about store policies, giving different answers depending on who you ask. After purchasing multiple drinks and food items, I asked for a water cup but was told I had to buy a $2Sam’s Club brand water bottle, even though I was given a water cup just a week prior. The lack of consistency and unclear policies are frustrating. Better organization and clearer communication from the staff would greatly improve the customer experience.

She couldn't tell me exactly.
She could have realized after she cut it how bad it was.

Disappointed. $11.06 for caramel apple and I got an apple with some drizzle. Literally no caramel or chocolate.

Went just for the fudge since I was craving it. Super disappointed. Got 2 different kinds, spent $25, and I've had WAY better from a gas station. The employee was very kind though :)
