FINALLY some authentic Mexican food in Colorado. I am from California and lived in San Diego for several years, and this is without a doubt the best Mexican food I have had out here. We ordered the nachos (huge portion), chicken tacos, and a quesadilla. They also have Mexican Sprite which we enjoyed. We did get delivery so can't speak to the service or atmosphere, but food was 10/10. We will be ordering from here often!
Coming from California, I’m pretty picky about Mexican food in Colorado. I have been to Romo’s a few times now and it is hands down the best Mexican food that I have tried in Colorado. The new location is legit! Can’t wait to come back!
Highly recommend. The best tacos in Castle Rock/ the Denver metro area. Try the pineapple salsa and esquites (Mexican corn). Beautiful lounge area with a pool table, bar, and sports on the TV. Staff is amazing. Thank you Romos for keeping your original menu and adding more exceptional choices.
