We had a taco craving and wanted to visit a Castle Rock Taco place and found d Romo's Street Tacos nearby. There appears to be a sit down resturant, but it had an Opening Soon sign on it. But, we did notice the Food Truck Trailer next to it in the parking lot. We ordered 6 Tacos; 2 Chicken, 2 Chorizo, 2 Asada, and some beans. Hear me out, this place wasn't even on my radar because I actively avoid Colorado like a flu ridden nephew asking if your phone has games. What I can say is that Romo's is definitely the only reason I would go back through that state.

I always get the Surf N Turf burrito as its phenomenal! Have been several times w others and theyve tried several other things like the tacos and othe burritos and everyone always leaves happy. Friendly service. They just moved so looking forward to seeing the new location finished in a week or so.
