Worth the drive if you want sit down!
I love the stuffed sopapillas there
I haven’t eaten there for quite some time. I noticed they are about half the size they used to be.
I was a huge fan of Santiago’s! But lately the one in castle rock has constantly been getting my order wrong. And my last visit I ordered 3 plain bean and cheese burritos and what I got was not that! It was unidentifiable what was in my burrito. Had the consistency of ground grizzle and had zero taste. I had the burritos when I got home and had to throw all of them out. What the heck was in them was beyond me and it’s now turned me off of their burritos. At least from the one in castle rock. And I was known for eating their burritos almost every morning. Can’t do it now.
I've been to a couple other Santiago's and for some reason this location's burritos are not as good as the other locations. They are still good and I'm giving them a 4 on food but they're not as good as the Hampdon location
I have come to Love Santiago’s breakfast burritos but like the previous comment, the burrito had no flavor. I thought green chili, hot , mild or half-and-half with standard. I was not asked what I wanted and it totally slipped my mind. I got a dry flavor list burrito. A coffee and was giving black coffee. This was probably the worst Santiagos. I’ve been to as far as flavor goes.
The food is always great however the place is dirty they need to clean up their employees are lazy and don't know how to clean also one of the girls that works there shorter tatted up fake eyelashes long black hair is very unfriendly
This location is always consistent with breakfast burritos!! This is the only location where the burritos are never soggy & you can actually taste the meat! This location like most gets slammed but they do a great job working through it.
Best breakfast burritos in Colorado! I have been buying their burritos in Denver for years.

Hadn't been here for about 4 months and wanted to see if anything had improved with the breakfast burritos. The last time I noticed hardly any meat (sausage) in the egg/cheese/potatoes that make up the burritos. This time I ordered 10 to check out how much sausage were in them and was very disappointed that they have gotten worse. Most of the 10 burritos had little if any meat in them. If I had wanted vegetarian burritos I would have ordered that but I paid for breakfast burritos with sausage.

Local chain restaurant. The green chill was ok and the Chile Relleno batter was good.
However Before I was given a menu. Asked if I wanted chips and salsa, @ $3.70 and was NOT told they charge for that. Liked the Salsa. In general the food was ok. Sadly the cheli in the RELLENOS tasted like the chile may have been from a can. The "music" was WAY TOO loud, I am glad ate by myself, as carrying on conversation would have been impossible. Oldy the music wasn't that loud when I first got there.

We got helped right away. Got our orders in and never saw our waiter for a while. Another guy brought us chips and salsa and our drinks right before our food came we even had to go up and remind them about our drinks. The food was good but was cold. The chicharons was more crumbs than anything else sad to pay that much for just crumbs like tiny tiny crumbs. It was okay but not worth the drive. We'll stick with the one in Denver.

LOVE their breakfast burritos! I'll drive down from Parker to Castle Rock just for a Santiago's breakfast burrito some mornings, they are that good. They have it figured out for sure and have great prices. Super yummy green chili. My only suggestion - open a new location in Parker please so we can have them more often? :)
