You can't beat Santiago's Mexican food! Great quality Mexican food and green chile that's hard to beat!! Amazing tasting burritos and chile rellanos!! So tasty at reasonable prices!!
Ordered burrito with mild sauce, took bite and my mouth was on fire. Told waitress and she said jalapeño were alive today but brought me another with mild on side. This sauce was normal and I loved it.
We visit several different Santiago’s locations pretty frequently — Golden has always been our favorite. But tonight, we stopped at the Castle Rock location on our way home from Texas, and it was hands-down the best experience we’ve ever had at a Santiago’s!
The food was absolutely amazing, the staff was friendly and attentive, and the service was top-notch. Everything about our visit was just perfect. The only downside is that we don’t live closer...
