No soy sauce, no chopsticks. Lost a customer from this. I don’t eat sushi without soy sauce and I have none so here we are with $60+ in sushi. 😓

Food and service has been always been great every time we order from here. Never actually eat-in here, but each time we order take out the food has been delicious. Always get the sushi tray because give more bang for your buck.
We love everything on their menu! So much that I almost didn't want to write this review in fear of people finding out about it. It's run by a husband and wife who you can tell put their hearts and souls into the food they make. Their sushi is amazing, and we usually order extra Dos Mas sushi burritos for lunch the next day.

Ok so this is not a place you go fo the atmosphere, interior decor is on par with a subway. Service is also on par with a Subway or dine in fast food place. But the rolls are fantastic.

Like every place in Castle rock, there’s two few parking spots and there are two small when you do find one. Every aisle is about 5 feet to narrow and each spot is at least 1 foot too narrow.

Ordered two vegetarian rolls (summer and heart attack) and was disappointed. The rolls were drowning in sauce and that’s really all you could taste. The ingredients seemed fresh, but I could only taste the sauce, which was overpowering. Also, the summer roll was supposed to have tomato in it and didn’t.
I realize I’m eating vegetarian sushi but all their veggie rolls are nearly the same—avocado and cucumber. There are so many other ingredients you could have in a veggie roll to add variety (carrot, asparagus, sweet potato, eggplant, etc.) and this was just lacking. Probably won’t come back, I’d rather drive up to Denver for decent sushi, as I haven’t had any good vegetarian sushi in castle rock sadly.
