This location is just so poorly ran and my rating is reflective of that and not shake shack as a whole. Visit at your own risk.

The hamburger was pretty good, costly but good. You might want to ask for extra sauce, I had to search to find the dallop on my burger. The sides are a whole other story. $7 for a small paper boat of fries with bland cheese sauce, that I'm unsure contained any actual cheese, and floppy bacon. The onion rings nothing to write home about either. Again, small portion with Sonic quality at best. Most of the tables were dirty but bathrooms were neat and clean. The burger is the only thing saving this rating.

Stopped by this fast-food spot today and honestly, everything was so good! The place is super clean, modern, and really well kept. The staff was friendly, and the food was fresh, tasty, and surprisingly filling. Overall, I had a great experience — definitely coming back!

Never been to a shake shack before. Did not disappoint even though the food was a little slow to come out.

Delicious burgers (add crispy onions!) and their bacon cheese fries are amazing. It's mine and my husband's fav fast food burger joint at the moment.

On the plus side: super friendly and cool staff.
On the neg side: ordered a veggie burger with everything on it but it came with no tomatoes, no lettuce, And It was extremely salty.
Pretty lights but given the value proposition of an expensive gourmet burger and not delivering on the offer very well, I predict this place will be out of business soon.

Went in to order and was told to order at self order. Had questions and not very customer friendly. One employee would not help. Food was good

Very expensive for what little you get. Food was pretty tasty but not the best I've ever had. Just got a few things for my son and I and I paid over 50 dollars and was still hungry. Probably not coming back unless everything else is closed.
