Great froyo place. Well maintained and always clean. Staff is always inviting and friendly. Every flavour I’ve tried has been delicious.

It's a nice yogurt place. The prices are getting ridiculous compared to a cold stone or glacier ice cream treat. Even DQ is less expensive.

Asking for a tip at a self service business is beyond offensive. If I drive there, park my car, walk through the parking lot to the establishment, open the door, grab a cup and serve myself, why am I being asked to tip the cashier?

Under that rational, I’ll have to tip the cashier at gas stations after pumping gas even though I never went inside. Hell, I’ll have to tip the employee at the supermarket that watches over the self checkout section. If you use the McDonald’s or Chick-Fil-A apps for example, they will actually bring your food to your car if you curbside park. That’s called a competitive advantage. If they asked for a tip, the advantage would cease to exist. That is their job and I do not subsidize low pay, but that deserves a tip 100x over tipping the cashier at your establishment.

Customers are not here to cover the gap on pay. Maybe you need to raise the compensation of your employees. It’s ridiculous and offensive as stated above. The owner responded to another review saying that “the majority of customers want to tip.” Dead wrong! The majority of customers feel a lack of privacy when other customers behind them can see whether they opted to tip or not so they feel obligated to tip out of avoiding embarrassment. As another review stated, you are part of the tipping culture problem.

Really yummy Ice cream and frozen yogurt. There's even nice places to sit outside and enjoy nice weather.

We had a great time at Smart Cow! We enjoyed the experience with great kids working there— all very polite and motivated to keep it clean! Such a great time and keep up the good work!

I’m we were so impressed with the sugar free flavor options. If FroYo establishments have sugar-free or NSA options, they are always vanilla and strawberry. Smart Cow, hand, butter, pecan, and snickers flavors! We would like to see them get some NSA or SF topping options, but either way we were happy with what we got.
Also, the staff was engaged and helpful, and we love the garage door window rollup option, with the option to sit in chairs on the other side and taken those views as well. Great place! We don’t even live close. We’re from Woodland Park lol but will be back :-)

My kids love this place, but I'm not overly impressed, it is always clean and the staff is generally friendly, but flavors are often out, this last time over half the machines were out, (including chocolate and vanilla)

Since they opened a long time ago now at this location, they have always had the best flavors, and it's always fast and clean. The kids working there are friendly. A lot of toppings and options. Love it.
