Smokin Zo’s need to be all over the country. My first bite into the mac gave me an out of body experience. I don’t even wanna tell you what happened when I had the brisket sandwich.

Been a fan of Smokin Zo's food truck for years and I am so happy they offer catering now! The brisket is so incredibly juicy and tender, it pairs perfectly with the smoked jalapeño slaw which is bomb dot com!!! Not in Texas, but feels like home :)

Had BBQ nachos and BBQ Mac with pork. Both meals were awesome, portions were generous (a ton of the smoked pork too!) and I would definitely eat there again. Definitely recommend them.

This was some of the best BBQ I've had in a while. The pork BBQ nachos were great and so were the sandwiches. They were catering an event and well worth checking out if you are in the area!

As a native Texan and a self proclaimed BBQ snob...this is some of THE BEST BBQ I've ever had!!!!! Go visit them in Castle Rock next to the barn Thursday, Friday, and Saturday night. Went shopping for antiques and came home with just BBQ, it smelled SO good stopped and picked up dinner.Tastes amazing!!! Tried the pork, beef, and chicken. All of it was incredible but I was extra impressed with the beef as I rarely find anyone who does in right in this part of the country. And the sauce was perfect! Tangy and not too sweet. Wish I'd asked for more, hubby was practically drinking it. Mouth watering, every bite! Go here! You'll be hooked and never want to go anywhere else!
