Hamburgers are typical, groovy fries are excellent..fantastic drinks and shakes
The driveway is a little funky to get in, if your car doesn't have a decent turn radius, you might clip the curb. Other than that, food is
good for the price- often paired with the deals in the app. Service is okay, sometimes a little rude, I don't think intentionally, they just seem uninterested. Although staff sometimes give the wrong order, missing additional toppings, or still including subtractions. Id give this sonic location a solid 7/10. I just think they need better staffing.

If you're wanting something a little different for lunch I wouldn't suggest coming here. Sometimes the food it's not cooked well and a lot of salt is added to their food. I think there are better choices here in Castle Rock better quality.
This place has gone downhill since new ownership. It is really disappointing. We were regulars. Family of 9, here constantly. Like twice a day for our caffeine fix for YEARS and would sometimes order food Loyal as they come. New ownership ruined it. They are rude, order accuracy is not great, online ordering always down and they wonât honor half price drinks when they turn off the ability to order or use coupons. Not as clean. The biggest slap in the face was that I got an iced tea months ago and it was FULL OF MOLD. They wouldnât answer their phone for days. I reached out to corporate with the info and pictures and they refused to help. I have been doubly charged with no refund since new ownership. Pretty much just done with the place. Didnât come for MONTHS after the mold incident. Just got an 8 piece mozzarella stick for the kids to share and they refused to let me order 3 marinara. Said they cap it and one, maybe 2, no matter the size ordered. App ordering also off again. Prices also through the roof and food changes too. Been burned too many times and they lost some of their most loyal customers.
So the person taking my order didn't get it correct. They came out to take my payment and that's where the one of the errors was caught.
They did offer to correct it. But , I decided to try the pickle fries Turned out to be a good mistake.
But, I am not sure how much extra it cost me. Pickle fries vs crinkle fries...
The burger was also incorrect #13 hatch chili vs cheese burger.
This said I did enjoy both the cheese burger and the pickle fries. However, I have been wanting to try a hatch chili burger for a while now. Last night was supposed to be the night. But, because I was in the drive thru, it didn't happen!
Since the burger was ordered from the menu by the # not the name...
So the food was good, I just didn't get the things I asked for...
We stop here fairly often for desserts, drinks and the occasional burger or chili cheese tots. Theyâve always given us exactly what we order and service is quick.
Had three bad experiences here within a week. First time, two Sundays ago, we were sitting in the drive through for ten minutes behind one car. When I went inside to ask if my order was ready they hadnât even begun working on it. So we left. Second time, on the third, my wife ordered and after the attendant read back her order, they then gave her the completely wrong meal. Which is impressive because she was the only one in the drive through⌠I called to complain and ask for a refund and they said the GM would give us a call. It has been a week and we have received no such call. We used to eat here all the time and I am extremely disappointed with how bad the service has gotten.

Always great, quick, service & ask for tots to be put inside your breakfast burrito as it's so much better! I wish they'd bring back the Chicago dog!!!

stuck in the drive thru for quite some time, just wanted a simple diet cherry limeade and it was gonna be $5 just for that. ended up just leaving when the drive thru line didnât move for 10 mins

I ordered 2 Bacon toasters with the bread extra toasty (I said it twice). The bread was barely toasted, almost soggy. Secondly, no cheese was on either sandwich. I tried to call Sonic - no answer and the mail box was full. This was not a great experience today! đđź

I donât expect five star quality when I go to a sonic, but I do expect human decency and some level of customer service. (Disclaimer, if you donât want to read the whole story jump to the very last paragraph)
Iâve been coming to this sonic for years and Iâve never had a worse experience than I did tonight. So much so that I feel the need to leave a review. We ordered two dirty sodas (which we have ordered numerous times), when we started to drive away and tasted our sodas they were horrible, so full of cream itâs all you could taste. These drinks cost us $8 in total (a little pricy for sonic but usually worth it), and neither of us were able to drink them. We decided to pull into a stall and very politely asked if we could get them remade. The guy who was on the intercom said âunfortunately there is nothing we can do since they are already madeâ to which we responded âokay, but how are supposed to know that itâs not right until after you make them?â He began to be extremely rude and short with us and said âwe measure everything out so it was definitely made correctlyâ to which we said âyea we understand, but weâve ordered this before and usually you can still taste the Dr. pepper.â Then, in the most rude and condescending way He said âwell I donât know what to tell you other than order it with less cream next time.â My jaw dropped. My boyfriend was stunned. I canât even imagine speaking to a customer this way (Iâve worked in the food industry, customer service and retail). My boyfriend responded âalright we can do that next time but would you be able to help us out and just remake it this one time?â To which the worker turned off the intercom and stopped responding. The level of disrespect was insane. Sonic needs some serious training on service and respect.
We ended up going through the drive thru and asked politely once again for them to remake the drinks, and even gave them Back the ones they previously made. They did remake it for us but I donât think it makes up for the way we are treated.
Basically, if you are wanting somewhat decent customer service I donât recommend this location. Sad because it used to be good. đ
