Had three bad experiences here within a week. First time, two Sundays ago, we were sitting in the drive through for ten minutes behind one car. When I went inside to ask if my order was ready they hadn’t even begun working on it. So we left. Second time, on the third, my wife ordered and after the attendant read back her order, they then gave her the completely wrong meal. Which is impressive because she was the only one in the drive through… I called to complain and ask for a refund and they said the GM would give us a call. It has been a week and we have received no such call. We used to eat here all the time and I am extremely disappointed with how bad the service has gotten.

stuck in the drive thru for quite some time, just wanted a simple diet cherry limeade and it was gonna be $5 just for that. ended up just leaving when the drive thru line didn’t move for 10 mins

I ordered 2 Bacon toasters with the bread extra toasty (I said it twice). The bread was barely toasted, almost soggy. Secondly, no cheese was on either sandwich. I tried to call Sonic - no answer and the mail box was full. This was not a great experience today! 👎🏼

I don’t expect five star quality when I go to a sonic, but I do expect human decency and some level of customer service. (Disclaimer, if you don’t want to read the whole story jump to the very last paragraph)

I’ve been coming to this sonic for years and I’ve never had a worse experience than I did tonight. So much so that I feel the need to leave a review. We ordered two dirty sodas (which we have ordered numerous times), when we started to drive away and tasted our sodas they were horrible, so full of cream it’s all you could taste. These drinks cost us $8 in total (a little pricy for sonic but usually worth it), and neither of us were able to drink them. We decided to pull into a stall and very politely asked if we could get them remade. The guy who was on the intercom said “unfortunately there is nothing we can do since they are already made” to which we responded “okay, but how are supposed to know that it’s not right until after you make them?” He began to be extremely rude and short with us and said “we measure everything out so it was definitely made correctly” to which we said “yea we understand, but we’ve ordered this before and usually you can still taste the Dr. pepper.” Then, in the most rude and condescending way He said “well I don’t know what to tell you other than order it with less cream next time.” My jaw dropped. My boyfriend was stunned. I can’t even imagine speaking to a customer this way (I’ve worked in the food industry, customer service and retail). My boyfriend responded “alright we can do that next time but would you be able to help us out and just remake it this one time?” To which the worker turned off the intercom and stopped responding. The level of disrespect was insane. Sonic needs some serious training on service and respect.

We ended up going through the drive thru and asked politely once again for them to remake the drinks, and even gave them Back the ones they previously made. They did remake it for us but I don’t think it makes up for the way we are treated.

Basically, if you are wanting somewhat decent customer service I don’t recommend this location. Sad because it used to be good. 🙂

The new fries are good. Would have been nice if they'd given us a full order instead of half but oh well. Noticed there are less hot dogs on the new menu. Burger was also good.

I ordered a number 2 with just cheese and onions in the drive thru. When I recieved my order it had all the toppings. No big deal, I understand mistakes happen. I circle back and ask them to correct my order and they were polite and took the burger to the back and returned with what I believed was a new one. When I got home I found left over Ketchup from where they only scraped the old toppings off. Lucky I do not have any severe food allergies so no big deal to me. This however is a unacceptable practice since some people do have severe food allergies. Sonic, please do better for those people..

We had the nastiest food here a few days ago, threw away both of our meals. The popcorn chicken was so stale. The chicken tenders were covered in some weird substance as you can see in this picture. Still waiting on a REFUND from someone who emailed me from the store. Not sure who they are since they don’t identify themselves or sign their email with their name. They offered to replace the chicken or a gift card. Noooo thanks. The place never answers their phone either. Convenient.
